Easy to find it and check in. It was located in a quiet neighbor and comfortable to reach metro and many places to visit. The host was very kind and helpful to me. The kitchen utensil and washing machine were very satisfying so i felt like living at home. I enjoyed staying there very much.

Only one thing. The bedroom was too dark.

Location was good albeit Taxi could not locate it but host was very communicative and eventually we found our way to the apartment. Most required amenities nearby and relatively short walk to most major attractions. Good places to eat right on door step and once you gain your bearings it is easy to navigate your way back to the apartment. Generally speaking, no major attractions within Yerevan are more than 1-1.5km from the apartment. Yandex excellent so make sure you have the app on your phone prior to arriving, makes travelling around Yerevan so easy. Wifi within the apartment is excellent. Host is excellent with communication (Thanks Erik) Bank and money exchange all on doorstep of apartment.

The apartment is what I can only describe as what looks like a 1970's Soviet housing block, whilst the location is great and the host is fantastic, it is very dated. The shower is not great, the heating was initially not working (it was very cold in the evening, we visited late November 2022) but a few WhatsApp messages later and eventually the heating got fixed and started to work. Wifi in the apartment is great but the IP TV only displays in Armenian / Russian and sadly I read neither, my fault as I should learn the local language of places I travel to however given the price charged, my expectation was a little higher and in this price category, detail is everything.
