Clean. Good location to Arthur’s seat snd royal mile.
Noisy neighbours up till 4am laughing and yelling.
Needs more toilet paper. A family of 5 needs more than one and half rolls.

I liked the location as it is near princes street, the apartment itself was so pretty and clean, literally just like the picture. Moreover, the staff were so nice! I had a lot of questions and they answered all of them in a timely manner and with alot of patience

View from windows is better than on photos! The apartment is well designed, space is managed perfectly, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen big enough for family of 4 of which 2 kids being almost adults. Great location, within 15-20 mins walk to best Edinburgh's attractions. Fantastic contact with agency keeping the property, Agnes was very helpful and responding immediately. Kitchen equipped with all appliances needed for stay.
On the first night there was a problem with very noisy condensation pump of the boiler. After contacting with Agnes it was solved. The pump has to be keep flat, it was lean over the wall and water couldn't be sucked, so it caused loud work. I put this notice not as a complain, but just as an info for future users how to deal with the problem. Things like that just happen.

The appartment was perfectly prepared for us and even before check-in time. All instructions for checkin were clear and given on time. The apartment is very cosy and was very warm when we came in. Kitchen full of supplies for cooking, updated. Nice living room, many tv channels and wifi. Very nice bedrooms and two toilets. The decoration is simple and nice. Location is very handy to visit all city on foot even with snow. All the staff was very nice and helpful, even if we only exchanged messages. We were 4 adults and 1 kid and stayed perfectly. We did not use the sofa bed, but there is one available. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two twin beds. Supermermarkets are easy to access.
Would only recommend improving pillows and, if possible mattresses. The building it self requires some updating, but that is not under control of the owners.

Location near the sights of Edinburgh such as Royal Mile etc . and walking distance of Waverly Station
The Apartment and its facilities were good, The view from the Living Room and Bedroom 1 of the Salisbury Crags were impressive
As has been mentioned in the reviews which we were aware of before booking. The facing / general surroundings of the building . However this did not detract at all from the enjoyment of the stay

Modern flat with a fantastic view.
The main double bed was falling apart. Each time you moved, it would wake you up with the creaks. Had to put the mattress on the floor.
The light fittings are really low and an end to the bed if youre over 6ft tall... I do not recommend this place.
Also, no mugs in property, so no morning brew.

The stairs to go up to the property. Outside of the hosts control but they were not a pleasant entrance!

The location of the property was excellent, so close to all the major attractions of the city.
Inside, the property was really good; well appointed, clean and comfortable.
Unfortunately, as has already been mentioned, the outside of the property does leave something to be desired and could be considered off-putting.
