Excellent position. Large double bedroom. Staff were available and did reply to messages after a while.

be aware there are several flights of stairs to the property. Hot water wasn’t always working. WiFi did not work for much of the stay. The sofa bed lacked bedding.

WiFi was unusable as a result TV has no streaming services.

The location is really good and has Sainsbury downstairs! the place is also beautiful and amazing.

We didn’t know about putting a boiler on so we didn’t have a hot water for a day.

The apartment was not cleaned properly. It seemed as if it has not been properly cleaned in months (mold and dirt in bathrooms and on floors, hairs of other people everywhere, etc.), it was very uncomfortable to have to stay in these unhygienic conditions. I was in contact with the owners constantly and the cleaners came twice to "clean" again but hardly anything was cleaned and I was not treated in a nice way. A wonderful person from booking.com tried to help out and mediate but unfortunately the owners of the apartment were not able to get the place properly cleaned or to give us our money back so we could find alternative accomodation. Besides the uncleanliness of the place, the internet was extremely slow and almost not usable. Also, things in the house were broken such as doorknobs and closets. The utensils in the kitchen were also old and not clean, I had to buy a new pan so I was able to cook food. All in all, it felt like a scam as above issues were not taken serious by the owners and I was treated as if I was the crazy one.

Great location! Apartment size is adequate and comfortable for the 3 of us.

Only 2 dining chairs were provided and blind in the master bedroom does not work. Light switch in the ensuite bathroom does not switch off. Apartment 2 views are non-existence, as they are surrounded by high walls and you can’t even see the sun.

The location of the property is great, in the town center.

1. The location of the property is great BUT the entrance of the property is bad. You will never find the entrance of the apartment unless you call the owner for direction. 2. I book a 2 rooms apartment for 5 persons and they charged for 5 persons but in actual this apartment can only accommodate 4 persons with 1 double bed for 2 persons, 1 single bed for 1 person and 1 sofa bed ( with no linen, no blanket) for 1 person. At the end, my son need to sleep else where. 3. Hot shower need to wait for at least 1.5 hours for the boiler to heat up. 4. One of the dining chair with broken leg. Luckily none of us fall from it. 5. There is washing machine but with NO dryer nor hanging rack, YOU HAVE NO WAY TO HANG YOUR WET CLOTHES. 6. Carpet is dusty in the room and no rubbish bin or rubbish bag provided in the apartment.

The location was perfect for us in the centre of Nottingham. Easy walk from the station. Good communication received back when I messaged about an issue. Good facilities within the flat.

Only 2 large towels left out when we booked for 3 people.

It would have been really helpful and sensible for the location of the door to the property to have been highlighted in the welcome instructions. With it being within the entrance area to a sainsburys store it was well hidden and not at all obvious. Carpets hadn’t been done and some of the blinds didn’t work. Towels weren’t the best quality - bath sheets would have been preferred and there weren’t enough for us all meaning we had to phone to ask for more and though they were delivered very quickly which was appreciated, they were brand new so not at all absorbent, again not the best quality and still not enough to allow us to have a bath towel each and only 1 bath mat between 2 bathrooms.

The location.

The room was not cleaned well. The Linen appeared soiled, possibly not changed from the previous checkout. The Wet laundry, was placed in the Wardrobe. The Kitchen Exhaust was not working , some basic Kitchen utensils such as Kitchen Knife was not found.

Location was great for central Nottingham.

No bedding for one of the beds when we arrived and it took several phone calls and two visits from the hosts before the right size sheet/duvet cover were provided, which we then needed to put on ourselves. The wardrobe was full of bundles of laundry, some of it seemed to be dirty, and the carpet quite grubby. I had booked the apartment because, travelling with two autistic adults, it should have been a low stress, home from home option, but with all the difficulties we had getting the bedding sorted out it didn't work out as planned. Maintenance on the flat was poor - e.g. all the secondary glazing was faulty and couldn't be shut, the toilet seat was broken, shower screen off its runners. The owners offer 10% off future bookings for clients who leave a top rated review.

Property not as clean as expected, not enough towels and bedding for 5 guests. Had to look around for extras and put sheet on quilt for the extra bed and look for pillows and pillow cases. After our stay had £45 !! taken from our bank account when I looked into it was told it was for cleaning this was never mentioned at time of booking was told would get a refund only to know be told I’m not going to get a refund and it’s an acceptable charge - not happy

Ease of access to the city centre

Too hard to find apartment, nothing to say where they were. Had to ring up. Did not get email day before with entrance details, they were sent after speaking to a person.

The apartment looked ok

It wasn’t clean enough, the WiFi didn’t work, the hot water didn’t work 1 evening so we couldn’t get a wash, the heating wasn’t effective so we were cold, and the plug in the bath didn’t work so we couldn’t take a bath. I also injured myself trying to fix the bath plug

The location is ideal as it is within walking distance of everything in the town centre. It's clean and comfortable

The listing misrepresents it. It's not deluxe and it's not five star. It's perfectly fine but five star doesn't usually have Ikea furniture. I booked it because of the location not because it says five star. There is no parking although the listing says there is and you can't stop outside. it's over a Sainsbury's local which is conspicuous in it's absence from the photos. The listing says the security deposit is £150. It's actually £250 The demands of the host are not reasonably. They asked for a scan of your passport which would give them far more personal identifiable information than they pneed rfor the purpose of renting a flat and this breaches gdpr . They do not need a photograph as no oneis meeting you and they do not need your date of birth g

Hard to get into, door not obvious. Tired and not clean feeling inside. Shower cubicle unusable as door off tracks. Towels smelt unclean. Carpet in bedroom really grubby. Property dark and uncared for. Possibly nice once but not any more Left after first night because we disliked it so much.

Great location, easy access, very comfortable, good communication.

Crockery dirty, windowsills and carpet by bed and wall dirty, limited glassware, booked for 4 people but bedding for only 3 people so had to make up additional bedding for sofa bed. Hardly any handwash, no view so quite oppressive.

The central location was perfect and the price was good.

These property could have been perfect however we encountered the following issues - No knives to cut anything had to buy one - washing machine was full of someone’s wet washing still - no oven gloves so burnt wrists - no tea towels - beds so lumpy ended up with back ache - towels so old and crispy. They really are only now fit for the bin - only one wine glass - poor decorative order throughout, with lumps out of walls and the main entrance door handle had fallen off
