The room really big and comfortable

Lucky I have bring disposable sandals, because I without wear sandal can feel the floor not so clear. And the bed feel a bit hard but the pillow very nice.

The location is great, walking distance to KLCC. Many food places nearby as well. Considered value for money given the prime location.

Furniture are quite worn out. There is a constant toilet smell when you step into the lobby.

Location and Staff. It was overall very comfortable.

The room and bathroom while cleaning, nice and spacious, could have done with the facelift.

Parking is free for guests with multiple re-entry allowed throughout my stay period. Room was spacious and clean, big bed, spacious bathroom with a tub. Location was decent, connected to a great food place just in front, and its surrounded by a few other food places including McDonald's and one Arabian open air restaurant (recommended).

- Talk about Location, this gem is at the foot of Petronas towers. Its walkable to most places you would want to see when in KL - The serviced tooms are spacious for a couple with two kids - The new rooms are amazing, the old ones still are a 8/10 - The rooms are super equipped with all things needed to cook - The hotel has friendly staff who go that extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Early check in or late check out, they help you to the greatest extent they can - The hotel has a 24 hour store at the basement along with two amazing restaurants too

It have spa, and spa crew are friendly. Oppsite have macdonald.

That it was spacious and there was ensuite bathroom for both bedrooms, very convenient set up for family. Can walk to KLCC and many other malls. Will come back here to stay again when I visit KL in the future. Thank you!

Sometimes there is smoking smell in lift lobby, and when we asked reception for toilet paper, no one came. We asked cleaner outside in the corridor to give instead.
