Que era un apartamento para poder estar más cómodos con los niños.

Estaba bastante sucio, sobretodo baño y sofá cama.

The bathroom is tiny and dirty which is most likely why it does not show in the pictures. The location is not central and the price is too high for both the size of the apartment, facilities, and location

The owner/host can't speak English. He/she is more worried about a 30€ fine for a late check-in than even providing coffee.

The apartment is comfortable, all works very well,, the rooms are in good shape and the beds are very comfortable.

There are noice from the outside, the neighbors use to shout and make noice in the night.

The location is fine. 10 minutes walk from the metro

It was messy, the floor was dirty, there were used underpants behind the furniture with 3sm of dust. I had to clean it myself before accomodation. Next day the host came and cleaned the apartment, but first day was horrible. We couldn't use at the same time stove and A/C, as all the time the electiricity was down. It was very unconvinient. However the host tried do his best, but staying 7 days in this apartment wasn't good idea.

Great location, close to metro. A lot of shops nearby. Apartment was clean and spacious. I recommend this place.

The host is nice and friendly, I liked the location of the house: near the metro station and near some restaurants and cafes. The house looks newly renewed.

The cleaning could be better, we found some hair between the sheets and definitely the shower needs a deep cleaning. Also in these days Madrid was quite cold at night and we didn’t have any blankets for the beds: you can use the A/C to warm the rooms.
