really nice appartement, clean and all you need. close to the beach and city center.

the frige was really noisy, could not sit in the leavingroom it was to noisy. owner said they are planning to replace the frige soon.

The owner had provided everything you could possibly need. It was very clean. There were lots of nice personal/ nautical touches. Beds very comfortable. Very quiet location. Loved Puerto de Mazarron- our first visit- we will be back🤗

The very very steep steps were not made clear on the booking.com site. My mother is 84 and I would not have chosen it if I had known about the stairs. There was a bad smell from the drains- which is a common problem I know in Spain....

We stayed with a family with 3 kids. The apartment was clean, there really was no cigarette smell. The apartment was well equipped with everything you need.The owners have well thought out all the little things that are necessary in everyday life. We were comfortable with 3 little children. The bedrooms and the living room are air conditioned.The location is also convenient, 5 minutes walk to the nearest beach. There was a parking place on the street.

The only disadvantage is that the apartment has a very small narrow balcony. This was not a big problem for us, but if someone likes to relax outdoors in the evenings, this balcony will not be a comfortable place.

Modern, cosy and equipped apartment at the beach, lovely host, highly recommended accommodation.
