Grizzly Den - Above the River! Yellowstone mountain views and Air Conditioning!
Der Grizzly Den ist ein erstaunlicher Ort während Ihres Besuchs in Yellowstone-Park zu Hause anzurufen. Das ist 3-Zimmer-Haus, mit einer offenen Dachboden (mit ausziehbarem Sofa), und eine weitere Dachboden mit einem Futon. Über dem Ufer des Yellowstone River liegt weniger als eine Meile vom Nordeingang des Parks im Herzen von Gardiner, es hat 18 Fenster nach Süden in den Park markieren einen atemberaubenden Blick auf 11.000 ft Elektro-Peak. Sie können buchstäblich sehen aus dem Fenster oder vom Deck und sehen: Elche, Antilopen, Hirsche, und gelegentlich Bären und Wölfe Roaming die Hänge des Yellowstone.

The location/view was amazing. The home was surface-clean, but all cookware had to be washed a couple of times before using. Window upstairs is still broken (see past reviews). I respectfully suggest more transparency on the listing about neighbors and parking. We didn't know there was an apartment below the house. It was a non-issue once we found out, but we would not have rented the house at the price knowing we had so little privacy and could smell what was being cooked downstairs and hear every door close. It was a bit weird.Parking is a pain in the ass in a narrow alley. We followed instructions and then had to confront a dude at a neighboring cabin who was trying to open our door. Said he was trying to see if anyone was there because the previous renters knew to park somewhere else so his group could get out of the alley easier. We obliged just to get rid of a weirdo.We messaged the owner once about wifi on day 1, and got no response. Not sure if she checks VRBO messages.

Really enjoyed the view over the River—nice outside deck. Used the BBQ which was clean and worked great. Beds were too tall though…traveled with my elderly mother, she had difficulty getting into the bed ( and so did I !)

My wife and I had a 6 night stay so we could visit Yellowstone National Park. So many things we loved about this property. Very close to the north entrance to the park, walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants, beautiful view of the Yellowstone River and mountains from the deck, very clean home, plenty of room in the home, fully stocked kitchen when we wanted to cook in, property owner was very responsive and so much more. We highly recommend this property for your next Yellowstone vacation.

Property is located next to some other questionable properties, cars and apartments missing windows, etc. Property owner was unresponsive for basic questions after we checked in. Window in the loft is broken/shattered with a sign on it. Several parts of the property were dirty. Definitely not worth the price. Very limited hot water.
