The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities we needed.

Amazing little flat with excellent amenities, super clean, and nicely furnished. Location was excellent, surrounded by good restaurants, a great cafe within 2 minute walk, and an amazing support staff from the hotel next door, which provides administrative assistance to the apartments.

We did not get the apartment we booked and it was vacant the entire time we were there. No chairs only high stools to sit on… access involves climbing steep stairs so not suited to anyone with mobility issues

Their site on Booking states they do not offer a breakfast. However, at check-in they said they do have a small buffet service. But we did not use the breakfast since we did not stay the first night due to other issues with the room.

Initially no electricity in the room except appliances (refrig, TV, A/C). Called the desk & was told they would sent a maintenance man. 15 min later I had to flag a cleaning lady who opened a locked closet where the circuit breakers were re-set. Room was very musty .......evidence of a mildew in the bedroom. Went down and complained. They said it needed to be aired out. Why not before we arrived? A lady was sent up to see all our issues were. No reaction .... never heard from them again. Their site photos are deceiving ... advertise a large terrace for relaxing and sunning. However, there are multiple air conditioner compressors on the terrace that roared all day/evening with noise & hot air. When we went to dinner they sprayed a deodorant in the room that only covered the smell. We tested the air conditioner .... it did not cool at all..... and obviously the source of the ugly smell and mildew smell. Tried for get the device to cool - it did not function. Went back to Officer Manager and requested another room. Informed they had no more rooms and of course they would not reimburse us money if we found a new place. Even through the place was unhealthy and not acceptable with no A/C they would not discuss options for reimbursement and help or assistance in finding another hotel. The manger actually told us they tried for 15 minutes and could not find a place in all of Lisbon. I found another hotel on Booking.com in 3 minutes time just 650 meters away ...... we left late that evening to the new hotel. With You Suites (WYS) never offered to reimburse us any money although highly likely they rented the same room out that we did not occupy for 7 of the 8 nights. With You Suites charged me 28 Euros for city tax that they did not reimburse me. We did not stay 7 of 8 nites. By law they must reimburse that money but WYS did not. Had to pay same tax again at the other hotel we stayed at. No interest in helping the customer.

Great location but our suite was facing the back so it was very quiet. Close to restaurants, public transportation and sites. It also had a washer and dryer, which was nice to be able to fly home with clean clothes!

the staff was nice and the property was clean

feeling is a bit like in a prison, it’s on ground level and not much light. so we paid 176€ per night, for 50 it would be good but in the price segment it’s really bad.

spacious, well located and immaculately clean. breakfast was good and staff were very helpful.

Great location. Lovely room. Really lovely and helpful staff at hotel next door - especially Bruno and Juan. Lovely breakfast at hotel.
