Clean and well maintained. It snowed a lot the day we arrived and a crew came and completely cleared the large driveway.

The property owners were very responsive. Unfortunately I think calling this property a l "stunning new bungalow perfect for anyone" is misleading. The property is old and its age shows in the exterior/interior paint, fixtures, cobwebs in between screen and windows, and the bathtub. I wish I could upload photos to show what I am referring to but the review doesn't give me this option. I would not say that this bungalow is for everyone because I would not stay here as a female by myself. The properties that are behind this bungalow are delapitated/rundown and several times in numerous days we had late teen and early 20's random men walking through the property and even having their friends or Ubers pick them up in this property's driveway- scaring the crap out of us and my elderly mother when she went to walk outside. This property has great access to freeways 695, 83 and York Road. However it is close in proximity to the local firehouse so all hours of the day you can hear both the firehouse siren and the fire trucks/ambulances screaming by. This bungalow is comprised of an upper and lower rental property and unfortunately the walls and floors are super thin. In speaking with they downstairs occupants during our stay they said they could hear everything in our unit as we could in theirs. The master bedroom bed was horrible- no matter which side you slept on the bed would force you to roll/lean toward the center due to either the mattress being worn or the frame being broken.

The communication was excellent from reserving the place, to check in, to checkout. It was clean, had everything we needed. Nice space for our small dogs. Would definitely stay again next time we are in town.

The bungalow was perfect for our family of 5 and dog. The owners are very responsive and we’re able to accommodate an early check in at the last minute. The house is pristine and well stocked with linens, towels, toiletries, and coffee and water. The beds are so comfy and they have the best pillows and blankets! And the nearby park is so convenient. It had. A basketball court, playground, soccer field, and baseball field. Something for everyone!

We stayed for a few days for a wedding in the area. The house suited my family of 5 adults. Its nicely decorated, well equipped, and has comfortable beds. It's close to everything you need. It's just around the corner to a park and quiet neighborhood for walking our dogs.

Great location and perfect for our needs

This property was perfect for us, there was three of us and three very comfortable beds. The neighborhood is quaint and for the most part quiet with the exception of a few barking dogs. This was our last stay on a 9-day vacation and it was a wonderful place to rest, before an 8-hour drive home. This little bungalow is light and airy and very easy to find. As we were all adults over 50, the quiet time between 10:00 and 7:00 was no problem for us as we had been driving and was welcoming the early bedtime. I would definitely recommend staying here, and if need it comes, we'll probably book this residence again.

Stay was good regretfully the AC unit was having issues and 2 of three nights were hot sleeping wise owner communicated very late actually the day we were to check in with a list of rules that should have been sent months ago.. They were mostly normal rules and not really an issue other then how they were presented which was basically here is the long list of rules.. Such as they can view the driveway with cameras and they would know if extra guests were there at night.. Also mentioned their ability to monitor the temp in the unit.. Felt as if it was a bit much considering it was after they had been paid well in advance.. They were responsive to the AC issue and said it was a filter.. But they changed that and we still had the problem.. My expectations were met but with some issues.. House is Nice location is good.. Busy road when getting out of drive way.. .

We rented this house while in town for my son’s lacrosse camp, and it was perfect. Very clean (and cute), in a safe neighborhood, and close to lots of local restaurants and stores. The location was great for local sightseeing and day trips to D.C.

Plenty of space in this 3 bedroom for a few friends and Dog friendly. A nice park just down the street makes walks easy- although it is on a busy street without sidewalks. All the amenities you could ask for and the comfort of home, even when you’re away

The check in process was easy. It is a cute bungalow with anything you could possibly want in a short term rental. Communication with the owners was super and they added some extra touches to make us feel welcome. The only downside was the driveway being small and the busy street. It was a great getaway.

The Bungalow is close to everything. We loved the location. The interior design was very nice and welcoming. Everything was clean. The beds were very comfortable. Just note that there is only one bathroom for everyone to share. The Bungalow is a little older but it’s clean, modernly decorated, and it has everything that you could need. What tops it off is that Maura was the nicest, most accommodating host we’ve ever had. We would definitely return.

Maura and Pete’s bungalow was the perfect stay for me and some friends visiting from out of town! The house was very clean and the perfect space for the four of us! The hosts were very responsive to messages and even left some local treats for my guests that were visiting Maryland for the first time. The location was very convenient and close to both Towson University and the Inner Harbor which made sightseeing a breeze. We would definitely book this stay again!

This little house was perfect for our short trip to town to visit family. Easy location for access to 83 and 695, Towson, and surrounding areas. It’s a little difficult to tell from the description, but it’s a one story house with another lower level rental space with a separate entrance. Owners were very responsive to my questions and overall helpful and pleasant.

We were in town for a Ravens game and are originally from the area. It is comfortable and worked great so we could all be together. So much better than being in 3 hotel rooms! It is on a busy street so you have to be careful in and out of the driveway but it is in a good neighborhood. Would definitely rent again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Maura and Pete's bungalow. The location was perfect for our needs, providing a safe neighborhood surrounded by every amenity. The house itself was very well kept and clean upon arrival. The beds were comfortable as well as the common areas. The space was big enough for 5 adults and our 2 small children. We would definitely stay here again!

Property was exactly as pictured. Plenty of parking. Nice furniture and decor. It didn’t really matter to us but should be noted that there is not a fireplace, wood stove or a safe.

There were three of us in our party, and we needed to be close to Towson University. This was the perfect location. The hosts thought of everything that we could possibly need, and gave great check in instructions and sent messages to make sure there wasn’t anything we needed. Beds were comfortable, and the whole place had a comfy, modern feel. We instantly felt at home.
We had two dogs with us. There was enough grass for them to do their business, and there is a large park around the corner.
For those worried about it being a busy street from other reviews, it is busy and on a corner, but we turned around in the driveway to face out . If we wanted to take the dogs to the park, we just drove the 30 seconds since there is no sidewalk.
Other than that, this is a perfect location, close to everything including the highway.

My son will be attending Loyola University Maryland this fall and we were looking for lodging close to campus for future visits. I truly hit the jackpot when I found this property! The location could not be better, only 10 minutes from campus and close proximity to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Maura and Pete were not only responsive to any/all of my questions, but they were extremely thoughtful and attentive hosts. Our first trip was for orientation, and we already booked this and another one of their properties for move in and family weekends. We truly did find a home away from home for my son’s college years!

COMFORTABLE AND CONVENIENT

Nicely decorated/renovated older place, the upstairs of a 2 unit rental. The owners are great and very easy to communicate with. Check in and check out were extremely easy. The property is right on a busy narrow roadway with little to no room to walk dogs, although there is a park right down the street. The kitchen area could use a good spring cleaning. It has a full sized fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, keurig, and coffee maker. There is seating for 3 to eat at a small table. The owners provided keurig cups, a pack of cookies, and a couple bottles of water, which was very nice. Paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner/body wash was provided. Bring tissues, washcloths, and something to hang your towels on if you have a larger party. There are plenty of towels with one towel bar in the bathroom. Beds are very comfortable with plush overlay and lots of pillows. If you are a light sleeper, the road noise might wake you during the night. There are USB chargers in bedrooms. The windows have venetian blinds for privacy. We were in town for a graduation and had a party of 5 with one little dog. We overall were glad to have a comfortable place to sleep at night after a couple of very busy days. Thank you to Maura and Pete for your kindness.

We stayed at the property due to its closeness to John Hopkins. It was just 6 minutes away. We enjoyed the close proximity to parks, stores and restaurants and the National Aquarium as well. The beds were extremely comfortable and the hosts even provided board games which were a lifesaver due to the rain and yucky weather.
