Just needed a place to sleep a couple of nights. Didnt do any cooking but seemed to be pretty stocked dish, pans,cutlery, ect. It is a trailer, but nice size with add on. There are some places that slope a bit, like the hall way. I was told the back bedroom bed felt like it was a bit down sloped, so they just fliped to the foot of the bed. The other bedroom could use room darkening shade or curtain like the one window has. Otherwise we slept well.
The deck was great, super view and lots of deer. Walked into a fresh baked banana bread which was a nice addition to our cold breakfast. Would stay again if in the area.

There was a beautiful view of the lake. The weather was beautiful and we were able to sit on the deck any time of day. In the mornings and evenings it was not uncommon to see deer in the yard. It was easy to find and easily accessible with our boat. The hosts were very friendly. Shawn was patient while my father in law talked his ear off and Cindy came right over to see if she could help my mother in law with the TV while we were out fishing. If we find ourselves headed in that direction again, we will definitely be looking for this property’s availability again.

Perfect place to be quiet and relaxing. You couldn't ask for any better hosts. Shawn and Cindy are fabulous hosts and the wildlife goes along with a fantastic view.

My husband and I took our teenage sons here for a little getaway before school started. The hosts are wonderful, they made us a batch of the absolute best banana bread. All of the little touches in the house were welcoming. The place was spotless and the area is beautiful! It’s a great place to bring family!

We come to the lake every summer. We keep changing locations in search of the perfect spot. This was our first time at this property, and we found perfection. Close to Fout boat dock which we use, close enough to lake to walk down and fish, washer and dryer, lots of deer watching, and plenty of room. It was exactly what we were looking for.

The house was amazing. Better than described! The area was beautiful with awesome scenery. A welcome gift of some delicious banana nut bread was above and beyond. Would definitely recommend with no reservations!

This was a sister retreat. My sisters and I had a wonderful relaxing stay. We try to do this every year and this was the best. We loved the wildlife with deer and turkey. We are already thinking about next years trip and this might be where we go again.
Cindy’s banana nut bread was to die for. It was the best I have ever had. She goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

This was my first VRBO experience and the hosts did not disappoint. Nice little place back in the woods. You can see the lake and walk to it in 3 minutes. I ride an off road motorcycle so the gravel and inclines weren’t a problem, so if your an experienced motorcycle rider you should have no problem riding to the area, even on a sport bike. Thank you Cindy and Shawn!

I had an opportunity to stay at this property for a brief visit. The house was very clean, smelled pleasant and perfectly set up with everything you could need to start enjoying your vacation. The host is very kind and considerate. We arrived much later than we expected, but that was no issue with Cindy. She was generous and offered us a later than usual check out. And we loved the treat that was left to welcome us. The location is away for chaos of the city but close enough to get anywhere you need to go within minutes. Great views of the lake. We are planning to bring the grandkids to have a family relax-cation.

This was our last stop on a 7 day road trip and it was the perfect way to wrap up our trip!
Beautiful location and such a cozy cabin! It was refreshing to have a space so clean and safe for our 9 month old to crawl around and stretch out. Our older kiddos loved walking down to the lake and watching some older movies on the VCR.
The banana bread waiting for us upon arrival was the icing on the cake.
Great communication from host as well made this overall and excellent experience.

Our family of three (mom, dad & teen) booked this property to stay close by friends we were visiting in the area. Everything exceeded our expectations. Cindy was very good about communicating details and providing extra touches to ensure our stay was comfortable. The online pictures of this property do not do it justice. The location was serene and beautiful. The house provided more than enough space for us to spread out and even welcome our friends for the evening. The amenities inside the home and out were perfect. We highly recommend this property and look forward to our next stay there.

We loved this retreat home. It was a perfect location for us to come back to after the end of our long working days. Watching the deer play while drinking coffee was added bonus ... along with the delicious bread! This retreat had everything we needed and then some. We hope to come back and stay again during an actual vacation.

We were so glad to find this wonderful property to enjoy an easy weekend, very comfortable accommodations and a beautiful area with morning mist on the lake. Simply wonderful! Everything was perfect with our stay! Cindy and Shawn had everything ready for us upon our arrival and even left us a special treat to have with our morning coffee. The check-in process was very easy. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

When we went to sleep to the symphony of the great outdoors we felt at peace.

Arkansas getaway
This property was perfect for us and our grandson. It was very clean and had plenty room. Our grandson got to see deer every day. We could fish right there on the property or plenty other places close to fish at. Shawn and Cindy were very kind and there was a delicious banana bread for us when we got there. We didn't eat out much was plenty of pots n pans and everything we needed to eat in. If you love nature you will love this place.

wife and I were on the run most of the time,but we always made it back in the evening to sit on deck and enjoy the peace and quiet. house was very comfortable and cozy. Cindy and Shawn were very friendly and kind. the does and fawns were part of the landscape, as they were always around.hope to make it back

It was a very enjoyable and a much needed get away weekend for 3 ladies that work in an elementary school! We did a lot of porch sittin-it has an amazing view!
