My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend to ring in the new year. It is perfect for large groups with 6 nicely sized bedrooms all with en-suite baths. The location is perfect—just steps to restaurants and bars and an easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

We came for the Rehoboth marathon and stayed for 3 nights. The location is perfect! Very close proximity to beach, boardwalk, restaurants, etc. The house is exactly as advertised. We cooked one night and it has all the kitchen utensils needed. David, the manager was super responsive. We had a small issue with warm water and he came to check and fix right away. Great stay, highly recommend!

My extended family and 97 year old mother traveled to Rehoboth for the funeral of a family member. We were arriving on different days from different parts of the country. The house was perfect for ten adults, six bedrooms all with it's own bathroom and shower with three on the first floor, essential for my mother. A large kitchen, dining room table and living room were perfect for needed gatherings with the home occupants.
It was short notice and the property manager was nothing short of outstanding. I screwed up the date for towel and sheet delivery, he fixed it immediately and provided some towels to hold us over the first night and had the sheets delivered a day early. His compassion, responsiveness and accommodating attitude made a huge difference at a difficult time.

Our annual gathering of long-time friends was made even sweeter by staying in this beautiful home. Six bedrooms & six full baths - wow! Beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and seating. Enjoyed a marathon card game at the dining room table as well as several great meals. The location is fantastic - two fairly long blocks to the ocean. Only slight issue was some loud chatter from bar-goers on Saturday night. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishes and pots/pans and everything we needed. The knives could use a good sharpening - I should bring my own! It was really nice to have two full refrigerators and a wine frig. The front porch was a sweet place to gather and talk. Oh, and walk a short ways to the lake - beautiful fall colors and a great blue heron. A fantastic get away! Enjoy!!

Walkable to boardwalk, shops & restaurants. Every bedroom had its own bathroom- wonderful for multiple couples. Well stocked kitchen and very spacious. We would go there again.

Our family of 10 adults and 5 children had a wonderful stay in this spacious, well appointed, clean and convenient home. Every bedroom has en-suite bathrooms, modern updated fixtures. Front porch is a lovely bonus. David Clark, the landlord, could not be nicer, very easy to reach and quick to respond. This is our second stay. HIGHLY recommended!

This home had a lot of room to relax and hangout. We loved the front porch. The side porch was fine for grilling. The kitchen is very well stocked. If you’re looking to be close to shopping and restaurants and pubs, this is the spot! If you’re looking for quiet, not so much as it’s at a very busy intersection. We knew that ahead of booking, so we had no problem. David is great to work with. He responds quickly and is very helpful. One washing machine is not working, but even with our large family, we were fine with one. We would definitely book again, but our kiddos are growing and we need more bedrooms. Overall, it was a great experience! Thank you, David.

Three generation family vacation - great week for all! Especially appreciate the quick responses from the property manager. Would definitely recommend this property - well stocked (no whisk or mixer that we could find), but otherwise all was fantastic!!! We liked the location - close to Rehobeth Ave - lots of shopping and restaurant possibilities!

This was a great house for our extended family! So convenient having a bathroom for every bedroom. The kitchen was great to cook in and it was outfitted very well. The front porch was so nice- a lot of us could comfortably sit out there.
The house is very close to the beach and to Rehoboth Ave.

We’ve been staying in Rehoboth for one week in the summer for many years. This was our first time in this house. Would definitely book again. Having a bathroom in every single bedroom was a major bonus. Although it is a relatively busy intersection and a bit noisy we adjusted to that quickly. Short 2 block walk to the boardwalk, and close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping. We walked everywhere.

This was our first time renting in the area and we were surprised at how much we needed to supply ourselves. The house had no towels (we knew that), hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish washer detergent, laundry detergent, nothing. Keurig did not work but there was another coffee maker. House had two washing machines but one did not work. Also a lot of flies, but lots of fly swatters. So all in all, fine house but come very prepared!

This house has great space. Everyone was able to have a nice room with a bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is amazing - easy access to beach, shops and restaurants.

The house and location are great! We loved the set-up and the ability to walk to everything in Rehoboth, including the beach. Plenty of space in the house and on the front porch for a big group to hang out.
However, with a big group comes the need for ample parking. We had 6 cars (our group drove in from all over) & the house only provided parking for 4 cars (2 in driveway & 2 on street). There was a 5th spot but the property manager/owner uses it himself. Our 2 additional cars had to each pay $36 per day to park on the street which added up over the 4 days we stayed. Wish we had known ahead of time so we could have planned better and saved $250+.
Otherwise, we had a really great stay and would recommend this house to other groups!

With 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, two sets of washer/dryers, large kitchen/dining/living rooms this was a great house for our 12 adults. Being only 2 blocks from the beach this is a prime location that is close to all of the shops and resultants Downton.
It has a great front porch to relax on and a table outside on the side of the house, but is lacking the luxury of other places we have rented in this price range. I would also prefer that towels were included if we are forced to pay for a linen package.
Check-in and check-out were a breeze with great communication with the owner. He was very accommodating to my requests and on top of messages.

How refreshing! This home was absolutely delightful and exactly as presented. 4 adult couples each had a lovely bedroom with a private bathroom. The kitchen was the perfect setup with a large island. great appliances and even a wine cooler. The fireplace in the living room with the beautiful large windows made for a cozy getaway from the hurricane leftovers. David, the owner, was so kind and responsive. He let us know the house was ready and we could get in a little early. He also was quick to bring over the special light bulb for the one shower. We couldn't have asked for more. The location was close to the beach and in the heart of downtown shopping and restaurants.. Absolutely loved being able to walk everywhere. We are looking forward to a return visit.

This house was perfect for our weekend girls trip! We had 14 guests and it was still spacious enough that we never felt crowded. This house was in the perfect location. We loved how close we were to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The house was extremely clean and we are so happy we stayed here. I highly recommend staying here and hope to come back again in the future!

This is a beautiful house and the bedrooms are spacious and adjoining bathrooms are all extremely nice. This house is in the thick of it and at an intersection. Its peaceful enough but if youre looking for a tucked away escape, this may not be the ideal location for you. David is great and cant ask for someone more responsive!
