Es ist tadellos eingerichtet / gepflegt! Es hat einen großen Reiz für Menschen, die mit behinderten Gästen reisen. 2 der 5 Schlafzimmer sind Master-Suiten. Auf der 1. Etage befindet sich eine Rampe von Ihrem privaten Parkplatz, die problemlos für vier Fahrzeuge geeignet ist, eine behindertengerechte Master-Suite mit einem kompletten Badezimmer mit Glas- und Marmordusche. Diese Suite verfügt über viele der üblichen Annehmlichkeiten für Behinderte sowie ein kalifornisches Kingsize-Bett. Die andere Suite befindet sich auf der 2. Etage und verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein Einzelbett für das Kind, das möglicherweise immer noch in der Nähe von Mama / Papa sein muss, ein spektakuläres 'riesiges' Badezimmer mit einer Sitzdusche aus Glas / Marmor und einer Deck. Es gibt ein 2. Schlafzimmer im 2. Stock mit einem Queen-Size-Bett, ein komplettes Badezimmer und ein 2. Wohnzimmer mit einem SEHR großen Plasma-TV, einem Ledersofa und einem Ledersessel sowie einer Veranda mit Tisch und Stühlen. Die 3. Etage verfügt über ein Vollbad mit 2 Schlafzimmern; 1 mit 3 Einzelbetten und ein 2. mit 2 Etagenbetten, einem Ausziehbett und einem Futon-Schlafsofa. Dieses Zimmer verfügt auch über eine Terrasse mit atemberaubendem Blick auf unser berühmtes Riesenrad von Ocean City, das alle mit hochmodernen LED-Leuchten dekoriert ist. Drei Zustellbetten sind ebenfalls vorhanden, die für einen komfortablen Schlaf in jedem der Zimmer aufgestellt werden können. Ich habe auch drei Luftmatratzen für die zusätzlichen Gäste mitgebracht, die nur am Strand vorbeischauen und einen Ort zum Absturz bringen.

We spent Three nights at this Luxury home. The Host, Dan, met us when we arrived to introduce us to his property and was very informative about things to do in Ocean City. Property is very close to many restaurants, beach and board walk. We ate at several great seafood restaurants. We would definitely recommend this property and location to others.

We decided to have a weekend getaway with extended family. The house was exactly as expected, but Dan was beyond our expectations. He was kind, informative, and full of grace as we planned the trip. We would happily stay again. The close proximity to the Boardwalk and the shops was fantastic.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Dan’s rental in OCNJ! The house was very clean, well stocked with necessities and there was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed sitting on the upper level decks and especially the front porch to enjoy the ocean breezes. The location was perfect! It’s very close to the beach, restaurants and shops making it convenient to just leave the car parked while walking wherever we wanted to go! It’s definitely place we’d stay at again!

Great place to stay, lots of extras. Family and I had a great time and owner was quick to reply to our questions. No issues at all during our stay. Definitely better than the pictures with ample room to spread out. Only complaint is I wish we would have had first crack at rebooking for next year.

This was our 13th year on Ocean City and we have stayed in a number of different houses. Dans place was easily the best equipped, great kitchen, nicely furnished, and very clean. The garage was full of beach stuff and bikes for us to use. Dan was super easy to contact and very helpful. He brought us trash bags and paper products and left very specific instructions for the home.
The houses location is excellent just one block from the beach and the boardwalk. Overall an excellent stay.

My husband and I, our 3 kids, our dog, my parents, aunt, brother and my brother’s girlfriend stayed at this property and we can’t stop raving about our experience. The pictures of the house don’t do it justice, not to mention the amenities! The owner not only provides beach tags, beach chairs, and bikes, but every bathroom has hand soap and toilet paper (the good stuff!) there are plenty of rolls of paper towels, trash bags and really any other item you can think of, he has. When we had a problem with the upstairs thermostat the owner responded immediately and had someone come out to fix it the same day. I don’t know about other people, but I’ve had problems with my own thermostat at home and couldn’t get someone for a minimum of 2 days! The house is so close to the beach and boardwalk, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. I would recommend staying here to anyone!

The place was large, lovely, and clean, with lots of breezy porches. The ramp entrance on the first floor and the the grab rails in the master bath were very helpful for my mother-in-law, who uses a walker.

House and location was perfect for our group. The house was clean and had plenty of towels for our group of 12 adults. Within walking distance of the boardwalk. We were able to walk down to the beach. We being females needed more mirrors on the third floor! Bike riding was a plus.

We had the best time staying in ocean city. The house was wonderful, very clean, accomations were excellent. We felt right at home , had all we needed. The area was nice for sleeping. The ownern was great and interested in our stay being as pleasant and comfortable as possible. We plant be back. Thanks so much!

Sunlit, spacious home with fully-stocked kitchen. The Linen Package made checking in and out a breeze! Close to beach, boardwalk, and the municipal park for dog-walking. Highly recommend!

It’s rare to find such a large, clean single family rental in Ocean City. For those of you who enjoy big family vacations but who still may need a little quiet time away from family, this house has multiple decks and two family rooms, each with a TV. When you do want to spend time together, there’s ample, comfortable seating in the shared areas of the house.
Located just a few blocks from the beach, the boardwalk, gift shops and coffee houses, the location offers something for everyone.
Finally, the host couldn’t be more responsive and friendly. We checked in to find fresh flowers on the kitchen table.

610 Atlantic was clean, comfortable, homey, and very well-equipped with everything we needed. Accessibility for persons with mobility issues was excellent. The house is very convenient to the beach and boardwalk, and spacious enough to comfortably accomodate large groups. I highly recommend it.

My family and I had a wonderful time during our stay. Dan kindly included many fantastic amenities, including bikes, tennis rackets, beach chairs and umbrellas, and beach tags.
The beach was just a short walk down 6th Street, which we all loved. When you have chairs, umbrellas, towels, and games, it’s nice to know your walk is a short one.
The kitchen was very well stocked. Anything we needed was there.
We all loved that the house is single family. It’s nice not to have upstairs or downstairs neighbors.
The living room on the second floor was a very welcome bonus for us. As were the amount of bathrooms.
Dan was a very gracious host who promptly answered my text messages. We will definitely be renting from Dan in the future. I highly recommend 610 Atlantic Avenue.

What a great property. As someone else on here said, the photos actually don't do it justice.
We are a family of 10, ranging in age from 9 months to 85 years old. This was the best house we've stayed at in Ocean City. It was immaculate, there is plenty of room, the beds are comfortable, the porch and three balconies are great.
It is 100% true that it across the street from officially being on the beach block, but just know that it is a long block between the boardwalk and Atlantic Avenue. But that gave us our exercise so we didn't feel too bad about all the Manco & Manco pizza and ice cream we ate.
We have already signed up for two weeks for 2023.

We had a wonderful week stay at this property. The house easily accommodated our family of 11. The house is very spacious and roomy. Well equipped with towels, supplies, bikes, beach chairs, etc.. Owner very responsive and quickly replenished supplies when needed. Perfect location with just a short walk to beach and boardwalk yet away from the nightly noise & traffic. Added bonus being pet and handicap friendly.

Enjoyed our stay! -- our first in Ocean City, NJ. I am thankful that we had an opportunity to rent this home. The home is comfortable with spacious rooms. The handicap ramp and first floor master bedroom with handicap accessible bathroom was perfect for my 82 year old Mom. And the 2nd floor master bedroom with walk-in shower was perfect for her 93 year old friend. My 70 year old uncle stayed in the second bedroom on the 2nd floor and I stayed on the third floor. The second living room on the 2nd floor was an added bonus that gave us space to spread out. The house was perfect for the four of us and provided space for other family members to visit who were staying at a nearby home. Host Dan and his assistant, Remy, were friendly and welcoming. This is a great property in a great location. We will definitely be back!

Our annual family reunion is always spent in Ocean City. The home was comfortable to stay in. Convenient walk to beach, but quite a long block. Outdoor shower and use of garage for beach toys were added features. AC worked great!

We had a lovely time at this OCNJ beach house! During part of the week, extra family visited and house fit all 16 of us very comfortably. The 2nd living room was perfect for 20 year olds to hangout and play games. Plus multiple outside decks to curl up and read a book. House had lots of amenties, really did not need to bring anything extra, kitchen fully stocked and lots of beach supplies, even bikes to borrow!
The only issue was 3rd floor could get warm, but house had ceiling fans and multiple box fans easily accessible to keep air moving. I should note it was a 90 degree beach week.

This house was more than accommodating for our family vacation. Having the ramp was so convenient for both the grandparents and the kids that fell asleep in their strollers on the boardwalk!
Dan was very easy to deal with. Lines of communication were always open.

My group had a wonderful time staying at this gorgeous house. The beach was in good walking distance and the house was beautiful, clean and large. However, my group and I were met with hostility upon arrival for arriving ten minutes early for checkin and blocking the driveway (which we happily asked where we could move them to as we have never been to Ocean City before and did not know the neighborhood). We are a young group of people (19 yrs old) and we were treated poorly at our arrival because of this. We were unaware of Dan’s 25 or over policy and we were not asked to provide an ID, birth date or any form of age verification upon booking. Having booked the property in January and spoken to Dan a handful of times since we were upset with the way he spoke to us at our arrival. His neighbors kept a watchful eye on us which made the entire group uncomfortable. Despite us being very respectful throughout our entire interaction with Dan, we were met with hostility. We had a wonderful time and the house was great. We left his house spotless and were good guests and we did not appreciate the way we were treated because of our age

The house is set up perfectly for family or friends trip. Two living rooms which makes life so much easier. The location is unbelievable. Cross the street and you are on the beach block. The house has everything you need to have the perfect vacation and Don makes it seamless.
Have a dog? Don is dog friendly and there is a park across the street (north side) to make it easy for you.
Don’t have a dog? Don’t worry - this house is so clean - I would have never known it was dog friendly.

We were so happy with the location and layout. The downstairs master suite is perfect with handicap accommodations and the second floor master suite is beautiful. Very nice for extended family... and we took our dogs. Walking to the Memorial park on 6th street was so pleasant and convenient!

A lovely, 3-story home that was perfect for our family group of 8 including 4 dogs. Handicap accessible first floor was perfect, including suitable accessories like shower seat, raised toilet seat, etc. which we were pleasantly surprised to find! Dan was extremely helpful and quick to reply to questions. The home was super clean and the kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We were happy to find multiple bikes for our use, too. An effortless, enjoyable long weekend was had by all!

This is a lovely and spacious house. We were 6 adults and 1 small dog with other family members in and out for daily visits. Cooking a traditional Christmas dinner in the well designed and fully stocked kitchen was a joy. As mentioned in other reviews, the place is larger than it appears in the photos. There are plenty of rooms for privacy. The house (and neighborhood in the winter) was very quiet. The gas fireplace in the living room was cozy (my dog loved sleeping by it). The multiple balconies are very cool. We brought a telescope and had some good star gazing evenings. 1 block to the beach and boardwalk. My son got in some surfing (7th Street Surf Shop will rent boards). Highly recommend taking the linen package. This appears as a line item on the rental agreement which Dan will provide after you book. If you are bringing a dog, be sure to note that when you make the reservation. I missed it but we got things squared away in advance thanks to great communication with Dan. We would gladly return.
Bedrooms and baths: 1st floor has a large 1/2 bath and an accessible master suite with King bed and en suite bath. 2nd floor has huge master suite with King and Twin bed and crazy big bathroom. Also a Queen room with hallway bath. Third floor is clearly for the kids and has 1 bath for 2 bedrooms: 1 room with 2 twins and another room with 2 sets of bunks and twins. My 6'3" son did not fit up there very well, but he enjoyed the seclusion from the rest of us and has his own balcony.

The house was very well equipped in the kitchen (we cooked a holiday dinner and it was a breeze) and plenty of room for our 5 adults and 3 teenagers. Having the main living quarters on the first floor was really nice. The pictures make it look smaller than it really is - it was quite spacious and comfortable. The fireplace was on and a candle lit upon our arrival, which made it felt like we were coming to a home away from home.

13 ladies in a house for a weekend can be challenging but this house was perfect for us. Multiple bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, beautiful porches and gathering spaces. Love the floor plan for eating together too. Dan is nice to work with and keeps a clean house. It is also so close to the boardwalk and beach. This is our 2nd time and we’ll be back for sure.
