Easy access to great locations and we enjoyed the short walk to the restaurant

The area this place is located in was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway. So many great restaurants in the area and we got to explore so much of Charleston in such a small amount of time because of location. The owners were right there and made sure to provide quick responses to any of our questions and concerns. There were very minor concerns that when discussed with them they were very quick to make everything right and we appreciated it very much and look forward to staying again in the future.

Everything was great on my recent stay in Mt. Pleasant (Charleston). The property was comfortable and the location was in a quaint Charleston neighborhood with walkable options nearby. This was a perfect location for my purposes as I was visiting the city but also the surrounding areas so this made travel easy.
Teresa was an excellent host, was attentive during the stay, and sent suggestions/recommendations on what was going on in the city. This was great and made planning out a day easy.
Overall, I don't have anything negative to say. They property was great and checked all the boxes for what I needed. The location was phenomenal and a nice alternative to staying downtown. When I return to Charleston again, I could easily see myself looking into staying here again as an option.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at Teresa’s place! Super convenient location with lots of shops & beach towns nearby that we were able to explore, and only 10-15 minute drive to downtown Charleston. We will definitely be back once the weather is warmer!

Property was clean, accurately described, quiet and centrally located to everything. Teresa and her husband greeted us as they were leaving for dinner and gave us recommendations on places to eat and visit. Super nice and friendly hosts. Would absolutely stay there again!

Teresa's property was perfect for my boyfriend and me! It's quaint and the location couldn't be more convenient-- very close to Shem Creek and IOP/Sullivan's for easy beach access. Communication with Teresa was seamless and she even provided us with beach chairs and an umbrella which saved the hassle of having to rent or pack them. I enjoyed it so much that I'm planning another end of summer trip at her property!

This is the second time my husband and I have stayed in this property. It is a perfect location for all the activities over the July 4th holiday. We had family members close by and were able to have some great times spent together on the beach and at wonderful restaurants in Mount Pleasant and Charleston. Teresa was a wonderful host and very responsive to our needs.

My daughter and I came to visit my son who lives in Charleston area. This property was in a perfect location close to everything! The property owners were amazing, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The property was very clean, bed very comfy. We enjoyed the outside patio too! I was in town to visit family and this property was perfect for me. I just needed a place to sleep and shower, it was perfect for that. If you are in town to sight see this property is in a perfect location to visit Charleston or to relax at one of the nearby beaches. There are an abundance of great restaurants nearby as well. I would stay here again.

Great stay! The host was very helpful and thoughtful from check-in through check-out. Very convenient location. Be aware that there is no stove if you are planning to do any major cooking but there is a toaster oven which was fine for us. Who wants to cook on vacation anyway?

The location could not be any more perfect, minutes away to any of the attractions in the area. Saved a ton of money staying here instead of in Charleston. The apartment was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed.

This little cottage is perfect for a small family, couple or just one person. Very clean, in a great location close to Sullivan’s Island, 15 minutes from Charleston and close to dining and shopping. The owners are wonderful and quick to respond! This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and will definitely be back next year!
