The place was very clean (huge bonus). Clean bathroom, shower, clean sheets, and overall it was pleasant. The host was extremely communicative as well - we requested some extra shampoo that was delivered within 12 hours, check-in instructions were very easy to follow, and we had everything we needed. For the price, it was a great value as hotels within the area cost easily 2-3x the price of this booking for a similar timeframe. Host also provided earplus as this specific unit was on the ground level, street-facing, etc. Toiletries were provided (very nice of the host) but I would recommend bringing your own shower supplies as the soap/shampoo was a bit dry.

This isn't necessarily an issue with the unit itself, but it was pretty loud at times due to poor sound insulation of the building (and we're pretty used to loud places in a big city). The unit was on the ground floor and faced the street. We could hear people's individual conversations as they would walk up the street, could hear people in other units of the building, and, as a small note, the streets trash pickup is on Wed/Thursday at 8AM. We were woken up because it was so loud, it sometimes sounded like it was in the unit directly. This may not be an issue with the other units they rent that aren't ground-level and street-facing though. Just be prepared for that.

Ampia camera. Finestra dalla quale si sarebbe potuto facilmente accedere dall’esterno ma per fortuna non è successo nulla. Camera al piano terra potenzialmente rumorosa, ma nel nostro caso tutto bene.

Five minutes to the tram/subway service and buses. Nice kitchen. Clean bathroom, fairly comfortable bed.

Parking is a serious problem with none available in the street in which we stayed and I had to deal with parking meters. Insufficient space for luggage. The bed is not big enough for two people and there is only one chair and no armchair and the table would not be big enough for two people to sit at, even if there were two chairs, I think that the unot is better suited for a single than for a couple.

Location was excellent.

The fridge was noisy
