We love Deerfield so much! When we visit Helen, it is the only place we will stay. Nina is so welcoming and thinks of everything you could possibly need or want. Thank you so much for another wonderful year!

Nina was the most outstanding host I have ever worked with. The house and yard were really well kept. Everything you could possibly need was supplied in the house. The yard was beautiful and as well thought out as the house. There was plenty of seating both inside and outside. Being only a short walk to town, made the location the best we could ever hope to find.

The property was great! The location is perfect and is a short walk to everything in town. The fire pit was a big hit with our group. We sat out by the fire every evening. We would definitely stay here again.

Phenomenal experience. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a rental property. We came to Helen for my daughter’s birthday with family & friends. The house had birthday signs/runners throughout the whole cabin. Nina has everything you want or need under the roof! Best location in Helen for a large party. Plenty of room for a party of 14. Very clean inside and outside is awesome for the kiddos to run around & explore! Look no further & book this cabin. Thank you Nina for an awesome experience and opening your cabin to us. We will definitely be back!

I always enjoy visiting this cabin. The accommodations are cozy and my family and friends always enjoy the outdoor area for having barbecues and using the firepit. Nina is also very friendly and helpful.

This cabin has the best location. The town, shops and restaurants are all in walking distance. The cabin was well stocked with slmost everything my family needed. This is the 2d time my family stayed in this cabin. We loved it. Its private with plenty of parking.

This property was everything that was described and then some. I have never stayed in a property that provided so much stuff! On top of everything provided all the beds were very comfortable, the property was beautiful and the location is literally one block from the town! We had 8 adults and 4 kids stay and we would all highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The cabin was so spacious. The location was perfect. Everything we needed or wanted to do was a short walking distance from the cabin. My kids enjoyed all the toys and games that they have. The outside area is perfect for kids and adults. We enjoyed roasting hotdogs and s’mores in the fire pit... the cabin was so well stocked. It went above and beyond our expectations. Nina (the owner) was very quick to answer any questions I had. We would love to stay here again if we’re in the Helen area.

Staying in the cabin over the Christmas holiday was relaxing, pleasant and cozy... our check in was painless and check out was of ease. Would highly recommend this location property.

This is a great house. Lots of room, easy walk to town.

We have never taken a family trip before so we were not sure how this would work out. 3 couples, 2 teens 1 4 year old and my son-in-laws mom. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms and the teens had their own space in the loft with 1/2 bath so plenty of room. Nina thought of everything from tea bags to hot chocolate to smores forks. Everything we needed to cook and bake, which we did, and we had 1 family dinner and a family breakfast at the family sized table. The rooms were the perfect size with a TV in them. We were right off from main street with a bakery at the end of the road. We live in Florida so I'm not going to lie, Helen is hilly so if your not use to walking a lot then bring some advil and solonapas...lol. There is a huge back porch that we spent tons of time on talking and having a great time on the expansive property with a beautiful view. We took advantage of the grill under the and the firepit was awesome as well. You can get wood at Betty's Country store up the road which is a unique place to shop. The town is magical with all the Christmas lights and there were a ton of places to eat. We went to Anna Ruby Falls just a few minutes from the cabin with the most beautiful waterfalls. The shops are amazing and the kids were able to visit Mr and Mrs Santa. The Deerfield cabin is the perfect cabin to just park your car and walk to see almost everything. It was decorated completely...the whole house, even the bathroom for Christmas and there were toys there for my 4 year old grandson to play with, games for the kids to play. So if your looking for a place that you can just bring your clothes and toothbrush and be in the heart of everything in a beautiful cozy cabin, this is your place. We will be back.

The kiddos got to play in the large yard, family gathered outside under the pavilion and such a short walk to downtown Helen. We got to listen to the music from the porch while watching the deer cross over the property heading to Unicoi State Park. A 5 minute walk to Betty’s Country Store for all your grocery needs and even when you need a beverage break from the grandkids! Inside Mrs. Nina had the home fully stocked with whatever you might need or have forgotten. She truly has the gift of hospitality! We will be back! Hopefully sooner than later!

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin is super clean and well stocked with everything you need. Nina was great to work with and we are already talking about a return visit. This is a great place- you will not be disappointed!! My whole group highly recommends Deerfield cabin!

We had an amazing experience at the Deerfield Cabin. The cabin was stocked with every creature comfort you could possibly imagine. It is situated right next to the town and witting easy walking distance, and has a forest walking trail just across the street. Great place to stay!

The house was just steps from town yet was very quiet and had a wonderful woodsy setting. We loved being able to walk to shops and restaurants. The house and grounds were very spacious. We loved the outdoor patios and fire pit.

This home is really lovely, lots of room for everyone. The outdoor patio was like having a mini park of our own. Walking distance to Helen, but tucked backed away from the crowds. We were there for a wedding and this place could host other family and friends that were around for the long weekend.
