The property here at Bellair Beach was very clean and you can tell that the owners spare no detail in making visitors welcome. There was a nice welcome gift there for us when we arrived and they provided a lot of details about the area and what to do. The walk to the beach is so quick and easy and the view from the balcony is priceless. The neighborhood is also very interesting and I enjoyed walking through the area. Take note that the famous "Ryan Howard" mansion is literally 5 houses away. Grocery and food options are so very close. You may also want to spend an afternoon/evening over in the Clearwater area where there are tons of interesting shops and food options.

We’ve stayed in Belleair area for 16 years. This was a new place for us and we could not have been happier (except having had Mother Nature cooperate more : ) but the condo was cute, clean and comfortable and ample for a one bedroom condo. The grounds are immaculate, the view spectacular, the host friendly and accommodating. We hope to come Again.

This property is perfect. The view is amazing. The condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. Marty most definitely paid special attention to detail and amenities. From the first day we booked, Marty wanted to make sure we had everything we needed while staying at her condo. Thank you, Marty, for all you did. The wine and app plate was so special, and don’t think we didn’t notice you left a soft drink for hubby, who can’t drink. Would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

This property was exactly as described. Beautiful location and great neighborhood. The condo was perfect for my husband and I. The kitchen had all we needed and the rest of the condo was just perfect. The view from the covered patio was amazing! The beach was steps away as was the pool. Marty the owner was a dream to work with and we are ready to book again for next year. I would highly recommend to any couple! It is truly a little slice of heaven!

The owner is so delightful to work with and makes your stay feel as if you are at your own home. Everything you need is at the condo. Just pack your suitcase and flip flops and enjoy this beautiful place! Truly feels like a home away from home!!

The property was just as described. Extremely clean in a nice neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. Everything we needed in the kitchen was available. There were plenty of linens. It was a very nice area for walking. I felt very safe. I would not hesitate to recommend this property and hope to return to it someday.

Marty is an outstanding host, that obviously takes her duties seriously, and does it well. The pictures are very accurate, the unit is impeccably clean, and it is a pleasure to stay there. Even though it is a "business", communication is like working with an long-time friend and is heartfelt. We have rented literally around the world and have never experienced such attention to all the big, and little, details. We are first time visitors to her (and Rich's) condo and are hoping for so many more. It's obvious why she has a waiting list of returning renters. Thank you so much.
