The house is done beautifully, I felt like i was staying in my own vacation home. The outdoor space was done well and very relaxing. Beds were super comfortable from linens to mattress. The house is stocked with everything you need, I brought hangers because I have never stayed where they supply enough hangers and this house even had that detail in excess. We utilized the kayak, paddle board and fishing rods during our stay. We are hoping to make this an annual trip!

Excellent house, quietly located on the intracoastal, and just a short walk to the beautiful beach and the restaurants and shops on Gulf Boulevard. Extremely well equipped, immaculately clean and very comfortable, with a great kitchen and good outdoor space for sunning and dining. Suzanne is an excellent and very professional host who seems to have thought of everything you might need for an enjoyable stay!

The house is great! It was surprisingly better than the pictures because they don't show all the little things provided, plus they don't show the incredible location of the house. It's so close to everything you could ever need or want. Yet, it's in a quiet neighborhood. We can't wait to come back with all our friends!

Excellent location, beautiful backyard and great water access.

We had a wonderful time at this gem of a property in St Pete's Beach. From first contact with Suzanne, to the writing of this review it has been a 5+ star experience. Suzanne is an excellent owner, quick to respond to any question, and very personable. The property itself was very comfortable. Well appointed - just as the pictures show. Lots of light. Comfortable beds and furniture. Definitely a well stocked kitchen. It's true...just bring your clothes and toothbrush. The outdoor space had plenty of places to watch the dolphins, stingrays, pelicans and a turtle. Fishing was great from the dock. The pool was a comfortable temperature and offered a lazy river kind of floating experience using the tube and pool noodles provided. As an added bonus we even had the experience of hurricane Nicole (a tropical storm by the time it passed over us). Suzanne was in constant contact with us to make sure we were ok. All in all, it was a fabulous month. Even our dog enjoyed the gated backyard. Thanks Suzanne for a terrific experience! We hope to return in the future.

The house is amazing and has everything you need plus more. The pool is heated and has a fun bubbler. Location is great. Just a quick walk to beach. Or short drive to park and beach. Owners were very responsive to questions. We had a wonderful experience ! Hope to revisit next year !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation time at this wonderful home. The house is beautifully renovated and decorated and has everything that one needs. The location on the waterfront is stunning and the pool was wonderful to cool off in and enjoy the views. The area is very convenient to access the beach, shopping, restaurants, and St Petersburg. The communication with the owner was excellent and detail oriented which was great. We look forward to coming back!!

Everything was as described/pictured in the listing. No surprises. Amenities are enough to keep the family occupied. Nice pool, large enough for us, plenty of chairs, tables and umbrellas. The picnic table and gas grill were welcomed amenities. Beach is a short drive or a 10 min walk. Some beachfront resorts will let you park there for a fee. This was our 11th interval rental. We own several dozen residential units and one interval rental. We travel extensively at nicer resorts. This is the first rental that was all it claimed. Better yet, no hidden surprises: no unwashed dishes stuck between clean ones, no slept in beds just remade. The place was spotless. The windows were clean and all had sheers to provide muted sunlight, something we’ve found missing at most interval rentals. Communication was fast, friendly and spot on. There were clear instructions in a helpful booklet which included good recommendations. We chose to use the owner’s cleaning service, rather than the one we have used for years. We were very pleased. The house was well stocked with essentials, plenty of kitchen utensils and a great fridge. We have stayed in St Pete Beach several items at interval rentals (30 to 90 days) and at various hotels over 30 years. First time not gulf front. We realize this was our first taste of real St Pete. The quiet at night, the sense of privacy, all combined to make a very memorable stay. Some tips if you are looking at other properties: Read what they are telling you. Look for what they don’t say. Read the reviews. Listen to what they say. What they were pleased with. Ask questions. If the owner either won’t answer, or are evasive, move on. One place in Pass-a-Grille told me they didn’t know the square footage. I passed. A chance encounter months later with someone that did stay there confirmed my decision to stay away. They used the word “dump” but yet said they didn’t leave a review.
