Blackstone Walk - Fabulous Houses with Parking

- It is a good place to stay for 2 people Kitchen has everything - Bedrooms are alright - 1 bathroom which is okay for 2 people who don’t mind sharing! - The garden was amazing, enough space, sitting facilities and a pizza fireplace which I believe could also offer some warmth - Close to the town centre. Ubwr was below £5 and my son walked to most places. - it is not mentioned in the details, but the place has a dishwasher.

- The living room is disappointing, the decor is alright but the sofa is like wood! I’d advise the owner to change it! This made it impossible for us to stay in the living room. Especially myself as I also was going through health issues, sitting on hard seat was the last thing I needed so I stayed in my bed, whenever I was in. Dining seats are wood benches but they are okay. People are not supposed to use them much anyway! - one big smart tv in the living room however, I don’t know if it was the wifi or what, but it would reload and stay at 20% for ages! We tried to switch it off and on, it would still be the same! - it should be an advantage that it is in a residential area but it is too loud out there. They were people shouting all the time even at like 1am. - The worse problem : even though booking.com advise not to upload any ID info or bank account ( which I noticed laterafter having provided it) the owner kept asking me for such information! ID picture, proof of address even after I told them that booking.com advises against it! It worried me for a minute and I thought that maybe I will end up in a place that doesn’t exist! Thank God it was the opposite!

The location of the property was brilliant right next to tram stop and a few stops from city center. great parking upstarts comfortable and clean

The pictures are very deceiving. The listing is for multiple property's around 74 photos over all with the first 46 photos showing a much better furnished home and garden area then what we had. The sofa was tiny and uncomfortable only seating two at most. The garden also had a good amount of the bark missing from the garden leaving majority of the tarp underneath exposed. The kitchen could have been better equipped. overall the property needs updated furniture and some tlc down stairs and in the garden, to meet the standard of the other properties shown. we booked on the belief that we would be staying in property to the standard shown in the first 2/3 of the listing.
