Nice big rooms,very good bath and shower,dishwasher, tumble dryer,good kitchen facilities, comfortable beds

Cleanliness, hasn’t been cleaned at all, very dusty, a big slag in the kitchen cupboard, spiders and spiderwebs in every room, used underwear in one of the bedroom drawers,bathroom and toilets seats very dusty and sticky, same with the kitchen very dusty and sticky backsplash and fridge freezer, and the property smelled of nicotine so not nice at all.

The place is marvellous we will be looking to come back loved it

The cottage felt very homely and the parking round the back was great It was really nicely decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed, the dishwasher was an added bonus ! The layout is brilliant with the family bathroom and 3?double bedrooms one with an en-suite The area was nice we had a few nice walks up to the top with an amazing view of Prestatyn There is a pub next door that can get quite loud in the evening but you can only really hear it when you are in the bathroom or back bedroom when people are in the beer garden but it wasn’t an issue and in the winter wouldn’t be outside anyway The only thing missing is a clothes maiden which would come in handy ( there is a utility room with a washer and dryer but I’d prefer to hang my clothes out rather than a dryer ) Food We went to the Chinese takeaway on the same road which was nice and reasonably priced There is an Aldi about 2 min walk away and all the shops in the village are good with a small retail park ( boots, river island, next, M&S, Tesco, Costa, tk max, sports direct ) all within a few min walk We went to Prestatyn train station which is about ten min walk through the village at the end of the street and got the train to Rhyl and Llandudno which was nice We would love to stay again thanks for having us

Nice house . It has everything we needs . Good idea use the code to go in the house. Bath tub and shower were really nice .Over all a clean and comfortable house .we will definitely book the house again in the future .

The en-suite room toilet makes very loud and long noise every time it flushed
