Sie werden sich eine Woche vor Ihrer Ankunft mit Ihnen in Verbindung setzen, um die Empfangszeit im Apartment entsprechend Ihrer Ankunftszeit in der Stadt direkt mit Ihnen zu vereinbaren.
Das Apartment ist komplett ausgestattet und Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt.

2 Schritte vom schönen Viertel Antiquaires entfernt, Straße parallel zu Port Lympia. 5 Minuten vom Castle Hill, Garibaldi Square. 10 Minuten vom alten Nizza, Cours Saleya und seinem Markt, der Promenade und den Stränden entfernt. Nächstgelegener Strand: Castel. Alle Geschäfte in der Nähe.
## Transit
Bus. Straßenbahnlinie Garibaldi-Linie direkt zur Station Sncf. Parken am Hafen. Blaue Fahrradvermietung.
Möglichkeitsbus für Monaco, Menton, Vence ... für 1,5 €.
## Hinweise
Bettwäsche, Handtuch und Geschirrtuch enthalten.
Eine späte Ankunft ist möglich. Eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 30 € wird von den Mietern nach 20 Uhr an den Heimatagenten gezahlt.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. I really enjoyed my stayed. Great location with everything nearby.

The pictures are accurate. The apartment has everything you need. You can walk everywhere - Cours de Saleya (flower market, fruit/veg sellers, etc. before noon / restaurants and activities at night), old town, the port, tram, grocery - honestly, you walk everywhere. The bathroom is really good - which we were not expecting in a small apartment. And, it was easy to keep the place warm on cool days (we visited in November). The wall mounted heaters in the bathroom and bedroom worked well and the space heater we found in the storage space under the platform bed kept the living room comfortable. On warmer days, it was nice to have the window and skylights open for a bit of air. You can see in the pictures that the ceiling slopes. At 163 cm (5' 4"), I was fine. The partner is 173 cm (5' 8") and bumped his head a couple of times on the door to the bathroom and the slope to the kitchen area. But it worked just fine. It was quiet but not infinitely quiet. It's a hollow-core front door and the walls aren't super thick. So, the partner deployed his ear plugs a few times. (There was an event on the large dock on the port side of the building and we could hear the music. Thankfully, the event shut down by about 9:30pm which apparently is normal for public events. So, we slept just fine.) The gentleman we worked with at the property management company was really kind and helpful. We had a major hiccup with our arrival and they were easy to reach and very responsive.
