This property was the PERFECT spot for our family to enjoy the sights in and around LA! We were able to cook breakfast in the mornings. The kitchen had everything we needed. The rooftop deck gave us a beautiful place to relax. To have a reserved parking spot was PRICELESS. To be able to walk to shops on Montana was icing on the cake. Sara was quick to respond to any and all questions. To walk into their place to fresh flowers, snacks, coffee and milk in the fridge was icing on the cake! Thank you for sharing this special place with our family.

Check in was breeze. Home is in a perfect location within walking distance a ton of restaurants and the beach. Unit is adequately equipped and very homey. I would definitely return and stay again.

Clean, spacious, comfortable apartment in the heart of Santa Monica. Lovely roof deck with 360 views of Los Angeles. Very well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Close to beach, shops, restaurants.

We loved our stay here. They added great little homey touches to the home. Great location to the places we needed to be for our work trip. Also walking distance to great cafes and restaurants. But make sure you leave time to enjoy the roof and soak in the views.

Host super nice, always available when we had questions, location is a must, close to Montana avenue, very quiet.

We had a fantastic experience. This may the best neighborhood in the L.A. area. Montana is wonderful with shops, restaurants, cafes and the best coffee houses. Walking to Ocean Ave and the beach is easy and beautiful. The house worked very well for us.

The location is terrific. Hosts attentive. The bed desperately needs to be replaced- this was noted by others in 2021 but a mattress topper isn’t the fix. 3 stars because sleep matters and we didn’t sleep well in the hollowed out mattress. Otherwise, it is a purely functional condo in an excellent location. We were out all day and just there to sleep and eat breakfast - would be 5 stars with an update to the only shower and the king mattress.

Absolutely nothing not to love.From Joe and Sara Bruni to the location,nearby restaurants,walking the beautiful neighborhood, dinner or just relaxing on the terrific third floor outdoor area there was nothing not to love.And the home itself is stunning.But the best part was spending eight wonderful days with my wife,family and grandkids.Priceless!If you are reading this and wondering if you should go or not…GO!

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The kids especially loved the balcony overlooking the beautiful views of Santa Monica. Cute shops literally a block away-enjoyed getting coffee and macaroons and the French cafe.

Great Location!

Being able to walk to just about anything we needed was great!. Just walking in the beautiful neighborhood was a treat. The homes and landscaping are stunning. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful apartment, excellent location, everything was easy as the kitchen and laundry situations were just about perfect! Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Clean, spacious, amazing views from rooftop deck, great location within walking distance to town with shops and restaurants, parking on premise, comfortable, a real home away from home, washer/dryer and owners are very attentive and responsive. We can’t say enough about our experience. Even small touches by owner, Sara, who left flowers, pastries, and milk for us when we arrived. We highly recommend staying in this stunning home.

Perfect location to shopping restaurants and the beach. Gorgeous rooftop patio and views. The only comment I would make is that there are a lot of stairs. If you are older and have suitcases, this will not be an easy entry or exit.

This property was in an incredible spot, the short walk to either the beach, or the main street area of town were huge perks to our vacation. The property manager was helpful, quick to respond, and even left a handwritten thank you note and fresh muffins on the table at our arrival. There were certain amenities like the rooftop outdoor space, and provided filtered water, that created elements of fun and ease in our stay. Thanks for a great weekend in Santa Monica!

The location, just a block off of Montana and Euclid is really lovely. And there is parking. The apartment was very clean, organized and had some amenities I did not expect (new LG washer and dryer, with detergent) and a Nespresso with pods to use. It is spacious and ther was plenty of room. We stayed with our daughter for the UCLA 2020 redo graduation weekend (3 nights). The kitchen was spacious and had all the items you would need to cook. Although the main fridge was on the fritz (it can happen), they supplied a mini fridge. Alas, no muffins as others have mentioned. We loved the upper deck (1 flight up..so 3rd floor of building) that had a BBQ and a large table and sun chairs. Nice to have a cocktail up there at sunset and we had my inlaws pop in for a drink. The AC is excellent. The main bathroom large, has a jacuzzi tub and shower, 2 sinks. Since the 2nd bathroom was outside, then up a flight of stairs 93rd floor), we shared the main bathroom with our adult daughter. Not ideal, but OK. Description of the unit is technically accurate, but not really a good description. The 3rd bedroom is a very small room, poor mattress and is connected to the main partment via a breezeway. The 2nd bathroom was an outdoor flight above the 3rd bedroom (3rd floor). The master and the 2nd bedroom are in the apartment proper (2nd floor). Glad we did not have a small child with us and we were lucky my 6'4 son was unable to make the weekend at the last min. 3rd bedroom was worse than his dorm room...small, bad bed, isolated. The decor is a bit outdated, but still nice. The couch comfy and TV/WIFI/Internet info easily availible and helpful. We were all very unhappy with the beds. we like a firmer bed. This was a very, very, very soft master bed with a concave divet. The twins in room 2, harder but made squeeking noises when you roll over get up at night. Also, step from 2nd bedroom to bathroom at night is a step down, then flat, then a step up. Lit with a nightlight, but still easy to trip on...which my husband did. This 2nd floor aprtment is not for the infirmed or mobility impaired. Min interaction with the owner. He said bye when we left.

Our family of 4 with adult children stayed for 3 days. Check-in process was super easy. When we arrived there was fresh milk in the fridge, yummy muffins and coffee for our breakfast. Such a nice treat! The neighborhood is great for strolling and so close to great restaurants and shops. We were given the driveway to park in which was a bonus because street parking was pretty full. It's not fancy but comfortable. I recommend this property.

This home was perfect for our extended weekend girl’s trip and birthday celebration! Coming from the San Francisco Bay Area, we were ready for some sand, sun, and surf in addition to some rest and relaxation. The accommodations did not disappoint and provided us with everything we were looking for: ample space, a prime location, and top-notch cleanliness. We stayed in the second-floor unit, which had nice views from the Juliet balcony and great privacy. There were quite a few stairs to reach the unit, but if you’re in decent shape and have no issues with stairs, it’s easy breezy. The two bedrooms were roomy, and the living room sofa has a pullout bed if extra sleeping space is needed. There is also a rollaway bed. The piece-de-resistance is the rooftop area that provides extraordinary views, which is especially enjoyable while sipping a glass of wine! We did that often. The owners were very responsive to all of our questions and very sweet to welcome us with a note, flowers, milk, and yummy blueberry muffins. We even had our own dedicated parking space in front of the house. The flat screen TV gave us a bit of a challenge, largely due to user error (we couldn’t figure it out). The owners 12-year-old son promptly arrived to show us how to use it, and voila, we mastered it! Let me add that he was so smart and funny! Lol We would book this home again in a heartbeat! In fact, we plan to do so again in the near future. Thanks to the hosts for a fabulous stay in a lovely home, in a perfect “walkable” location!

Everything was as advertised, or better. Sarah was great to work with and made sure we were taken care of. Great location, great rooftop space, and clean accommodations.

We stayed here for 4 weeks and enjoyed every minute. We could walk to excellent restaurants or cook in the well-equipped kitchen or grill on the large deck. The beach is a short walk away; parking is provided; shopping is convenient. The unit is light-filled and spacious and the outdoor space is fantastic. The hosts are great.
