Host was simply incompetent
- showed up late for our checkin
- didn’t provide cleaning as agreed ahead of time
- didn’t pick up the phone or texts when we needed him
- didn’t check us out when we are leaving as agreed
- charged as a FULL security deposit WITHOUT OUR NOTICE OR CONFIRMATION ILLEGALLY or without providing any proof of any damages

Edgar the host of the property was amazing, punctual, full inventory of all items in the property, everything explained by Edgar and how to use the utilities. Edgar even gave us a full run down on good restaurants in the area where the locals like to eat which was really helpful.
The property well…. Just Wow, the pictures on the website look amazing and the explanation of the property did not disappoint. Literally a view overlooking the coast from every window even the bathrooms!
Property was fully equipped with enough crockery and utensils to feed a family of 6, the kitchen was top of the range, we had use of the washing machine which was brilliant with young children and a dishwasher. We had both shower towels and beach/pool towels to use which cut down on our luggage greatly.
Everything was very well thought out on what a family might need, including beach sun beds and umbrellas kept in the wardrobe.
Edgar had even left an essential welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk, orange juice and a few snacks to get us started for the holiday.
The property is very secure with security and locked gates to the front and rear of the property which made us all feel extremely safe.
Amazing close access to the beach which never over crowded and extremely safe for children as quite shallow for a long way out.
If there was a down side which wasn’t a problem for us as we are an active family the main supermarket and cheaper restaurants on the marina was approximately 1.5 km away. If you haven’t got a car and plan on cooking it just means you need to meal plan and spend more time in the shop. However, there is a parking space for the apartment underneath the building which is a great asset for a young family.
If we could return tomorrow we would! Overall the whole holiday exceeded our expectations, beautiful stay. Thank you.

Exceptional 5 star spacious clean well equipped apartment with stunning front line sea views on a very quiet complex. Nice walk along the beach to the marina. Easy taxi service into Old Town.

For us the disappointment was that there wasn’t a bath.☹️
After a day playing golf you need to have a nice hot soak in a bath.

This is a lovely, spacious apartment in a beautiful setting with good facilities. The apartment has amazing sea views from all rooms in a well-kept and secure complex. Edgar was a good host running a smooth process. Beaches and restaurant were just steps away, and there were lovely walks from the apartment along the coast.

The view was spectacular. The pool was large and not crowded. The apartment was immaculate. It is just a few metres away from a lovely beach. The complex is great with excellent security, parking, gardens etc.

Great location, views from balcony amazing. Great car parking facility. Beautiful grounds and Edgar the host was excellent to deal with from the outset. He was available to respond to any question posed prior to attending the property and once we arrived he met and helped us settle in with a nice gesture of a “welcome hamper”also!
Could have more practical items regarding crockery I.e plastic cups for children, cool bag for beach

Loved the balcony area from breakfast and the windows pull all the way open, beautiful.

The views from the enclosed terrace were amazing and you could fold back the glass doors giving a most Spectacular view of the bay.
Edgar the proprietor of the appartment could not have been more helpful sending us a list of all the local restaurants and places of interest.
