The location is in a nice town close to the sea and options for aperitivo and restaurants, very close to Cinque Terre. Mrs. Eliana was very patient to wait for our arrival time and very kind to explain how everything is arranged in the accommodation. Her place is really beautiful decorated and clean. The beds are comfortable and it has two bathrooms which is really helpful if you travel in four. Also she was very kind to extend our check out time. I will definitely recommend it and I would stay there again.

The railroad track 10 m from the bed should be mentioned. Trains until 1 and from 5. I could sleep well (good windows) but still it was a surprise. Location displayed wrong in google and booking.com - coincidence? Check apple maps for actual location.

I liked the nautical theme

The property is described as beachfront , it is not! It is 200m from the sea front, and the sea cannot be seen from the property, so in my opinion should not be called beachfront. The property is 10m from a main railway line. When we stayed trains ran until 0030 and restarted at 0500. I was able to sleep when they ran as it was very very noisy .

Spacious, nicely styled, clean, and confortable apartment. Centrally located in an amazing little town called Chiavari which is perfect for exploring from Genoa down to the Cinque terre. Situated near the train station, literally 20 second walk to the beach and many bars and restaurants. Communication was excellent with the host. She was very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Everything was clean and you have all you could need to have an excellent vacations! The house is beautiful, the decoration too, and it has a nice terrace! The beach is just crossing the street, the train center is near, and the center is beautiful and walkable.

It would have been just perfect if it had air conditioner or air cooler. We tried to open the windows at night to get some air but with the sound of the train passing by is not possible.
