I have stayed in this property in the past, and simply can't beat the location - being just a few steps from anything in downtown can't be beat. The cold November nights on this trip actually required some heating, and we were grateful to find extra blankets in the chest. We did experience an issue with the shower not shutting off, and management was very responsive even though they ultimately weren't able to correct the issue and there was no shower available on the morning of checkout. Even so, would stay again!

Great location. Clean. Quirky. Sorely outdated bathroom. BR is large enough for a king bed. Why not have one? Parking is not free. WiFi and TV were good. And one morning someone started leaf blower at SIX AM. How is that allowed??

Great, great location for Paso Robles. I would definitely stay here again - the location is fantastic. The condo is really spacious and had great amenities. If I said only one thing negative is that the bathroom is a bit small but I could get over that because of the very convenient location and just all around great bargain for the place. I would definitely stay there again.

Location was ideal. Property was adorable. I loved the loft a look of it. Cheese shop below is amazing! The only thing that was a little small was the shower. It was fine but a little more room would be great. Easy check in easy check out. Questions were always answered immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

The place was comfortable enough but I won't be back. First of all the bed is awful. Very uncomfortable and needs to be a king not a queen. Street noise was very loud and curtains are not black out. Tea kettle was broken and the place was just old and could be really cute if redone. The location for walking around town is excellent so if you are looking for a less expensive place that is just ok this will give you access to downtown easily. Parking is a pain as well and even though I knew this going in, it was annoying to always have to check what time it was and add more time to the meter. Parking Passes should be available for renters. Place was clean but I always had that feeling that it was a bit grimy underneath.

Great location, near coffee shops, restaurants and park. It was set up well for a relaxing stay. I would stay here again.It is noisy on weekend night with bar below and street sounds (glad I had earplugs with me). I would also recommend a queen or king size bed for comfort.

Ya just come down stairs and everything is right there. Restaurants, shops and wine tasting. The apartment is big and very well set up.

I rented this apartment for my husbands Birthday weekend, above the cheese shop and we absolutely loved it! Great location and very well kept. I will definitely book this location again when my husband and I return. However I usually go to Paso with my sister and friends so this location will not work since it only allows 2 people to stay. This apartment is right above the cheese shop in the middle of downtown Paso Robles. Walking distance to great restaurants.
Bed was comfortable, with really nice linens. Has a full kitchen that is great for breakfast or even meals. The fridge is normal size which was great for storing our wine & cheese purchases in!
The apartment is large and very comfortable. Not a "luxurious" place, but clean & comfortable & reasonably priced is more important to me.
Check-in and out is done on a screen in the apartment. Super simple. And the manager called before our trip to make sure we understood how to get in (door off an alley) and what the parking situation was - which we appreciated.
Two things I would suggest improving: 1) put block out shades or drapery in the bedroom so it doesn't get so light when the sum comes up. 2) work out a parking place nearby. Downtown Paso is pay-parking....so you have to park a few blocks away if you don't want to pay. It works fine, just would be nice to park closer.

This is my third time staying at this property. My BFF and I come to town to enjoy the great wineries and restaurants. The location is so convenient. Once you figure out the parking in downtown its easy to renew your time. My only suggestion is to put a full length mirror in the bedroom. It would make it so much easier for 2 people to get ready faster so you're not waiting for the bathroom mirror. The sleeper sofa is comfortable enough for a couple of nights.

This vacation rental was just about perfect if a little large for the 2 of us it was super clean and comfortable with lots of charming detail. I noticed other reviews about the shower- Yes it was small but clean and adequate. Location was fabulous! Had a great view of the area. We took the train up and easily walked over from the Paso Robles "station" and were able explore the charming downtown area on foot. The friendly professional Paso Robles Vacation Rental staff, although we never saw them, were always available and also helpful with a nice list of suggestions for wine tours so we found one that picked us up and dropped us off at the door. This will be our go to vacation rental choice. Looking forward to going back as soon as we can!

What a great little apartment, in the perfect location. We had a great long weekend, and "Elegant Evening" was fun too.
My only suggestion would be to invest in a good King Size bed, other than that, 5 stars.
We will be looking forward to our next stay at the Cheese Cellar.

At first, I was a little put off. The entrance was in an alley that had a couple of dumpsters. But as soon as we entered, climbed the stairs and entered the living/dining room, The the room was very spacious and inviting. It was the perfect room to wind down after a day of exploring all of Paso Robles proper and the surrounding vineyards. The kitchen was well appropriated, clean and cute. In the morning, the cheese shop below would bake their daily baguettes and the smell was fantastic. I was afraid the street noise woud be a problem, but Paso Robles closes up early so that was not an issue. Everything was more than adequate. The touch screen located in the room indicated was Paso Robles and surrounding areas had to offer. I didn't really understand the parking situation but it was very easy to contact the management. They explained how it worked. I will definitely book again next time we are there.

Excellent spot for our anniversary
Spent a couple of nights in this great location for our anniversary. The downtown area is perfect, easy access in and out. Took a drive to Hearst Castle that was amazing. The pigeons making some noise on the roof could be a little concerning if you didn't know about them ahead if time, but they caused no problems. Overall, the space is great and comfortable.

Fabulous location. Spacious accommodations. Property documentation was a bit out of date. Had some trouble getting the cable TV to work, but property management sent someone out to take care of it the morning after our evening arrival. Great place to stay if you want to explore Paso and the area around.

clean loft, large living space, pull out sleeper if needed. great location and easy to walk to all main areas of downtown. shower stall is a little small but manageable. My wife and I were really happy with this place and would definitely stay again. such a great location. Parking is a bit of an issue since there is no dedicated parking spot but the city gives out 2 free hours and it's only a dollar after that - hours are from 9-8 and make sure to download the app.

Location, Location, Location!
This unit is central to downtown Paso so we were able to walk everywhere. It was so nice to be able to be out late and just stroll back to the unit. We didn’t have an issue with parking since the cheese shop below the unit allowed us to park in front of the store. The living space was spacious and clean. The bed was big and comfy and there were plenty of seating area for relaxing in the living room. I had to work a few hours so internet wasn’t an issue and there was a dedicated desk for working as well. However, the shower was small and that wasn’t so much an issue for my husband who is 6ft tall but it was the shower curtain. I highly recommend an alternative option for the curtain to clip or stay in place because with the small shower space, the curtain kept flowing inward as though you’re being attack by it.
Overall, my husband and I enjoyed the stay at the unit and we weren’t bother by the noise of the morning trash truck or the pedestrians enjoying their evening strolling and chatting. We plan to stay here again on our next visit back.

Great location, within short walk to many spots. Rather noisy every morning with the trash and recycling trucks, and at night with the night life nearby. Sparsely equipped kitchen- bring everything you may need to cook! Otherwise clean and convenient.
