This was our second time staying in this unit for our January stay. We love the location--beach view, close to grocery, attractions and restaurants. Our questions and concerns were addressed by the owner in a timely manner. There were plenty of large, high-quality towels for each bathroom. The photos on the web site accurately depicted the unit. We will certainly consider this unit again when we return to Gulf Shores in the future. Ron & Nancy A.

This condo is beautiful, clean, has all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation. Mary is the best host and is very responsive to any questions that you may have. The check in and out process was seemless, very easy and quick! I would highly recommend this condo. We had 8 adults in our party and plenty of room for all. We cooked in and also ate out. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to make a delicious meal. I must also mention the towels... absolute heaven! The seating on the deck made for beautiful views of the pool and the ocean. Our party very much enjoyed the fishing from the lagoon docks. It's simply the perfect setup! We loved our time spent in Mary's condo!

The location is amazing! You’ve got the bay behind you and the beach in front. We did tons of fishing on the bay. There’s a couple of lovely piers for you to fish off of with fish cleaning stations that have water ran to them. The condo itself was large enough for our family and infant (who just learned to crawl); it was clean and well stocked! The storage closet downstairs had TONS of beach toys and chairs and even a wagon for your use. It was super convenient to be able to leave all of our beach stuff down there and lock it up with the same key that unlocks the condo! Mary, the owner, was super helpful and prompt with answering any questions I had. I will definitely be staying here again!

It was a nice place and close to the beach. However, despite having to pay a hefty cleaning fee, we followed the checkout procedures which included sweeping the condo, throwing all trash, putting all of the towels washing, and cleaning and putting away all of the dishes. I’m now getting charged for a damage fee because they supposedly had to clean more than normal. Oh and there is a scratch on the stovetop, so they may have to replace the whole stove apparently. With all that being said maybe you should look elsewhere like I will be doing for my next trip.

Renting this condo was an excellent experience. My extended family had rented several condos at Sea Oats and this unit was the nicest, in my opinion! The first floor unit made access easy and we enjoyed being so close to the beach. Mary made the process completely painless and was responsive to any inquiries. The condo was clean but it is a beach property so sand was still present, but it's impossible to keep sand completely mitigated.

Loved being so close to both the lagoon and ocean! We had a great family vacation and enjoyed the pool as well. The living/kitchen/dining was very spacious. We were surprised to find so many beach toys/chairs in the locked storage area that helped so much for beach days!

This was our first time staying at Sea Oats and we were very pleased. We had a large group of friends staying in various locations within Sea Oats, but I thought our condo was the best! :) We have rented a large house for many years so it has been a long time since we have stayed in condos. This one was perfect for my family. The walk to the beach was super easy, even being across the street. The condo was clean and decorated very cute. The beds were comfortable and the condo had everything we needed for the week. I definitely would stay here again!

The condo was very clean and had everything as stated. It was right next to the pool and just a short walk to the beach access. Very close. The piers were great for fishing and to get a nice breeze.

Perfect spot for a family vacation! Unit was clean upon arrival and decorated so cute, with efficiency in mind as well i.e hooks on the balcony for wet swimsuits, bench near the kitchen for unloading. Plenty of seating in large kitchen and living room and lots of storage throughout. Location was absolutely perfect- facing the pool, and the beach was a just a quick walk across the street. Also liked the fact that it was less congested in this area of town. Hoses being available at the beach and at the unit were also a plus to get all the sand off. Overall our experience in the Gulf Shores was such a great experience , and we owe that in part to this awesome condo!

The place is AMAZING. Communication with Mary so simple and very fast to respond. Neighborhood is great and the trip across the road quick. Not a very busy road at all. My husband and kids are considering a month long stay next time.

The condo was very nicely equipped, we did not want for anything. Overlooking the pool was great. We loved the outdoor storage area. The walk to the beach was nothing, we have stayed on the beach and had a longer walk. My only complaint was that we didn't have longer to stay. I plan on renting this property again in the future!

The condo worked out very well for our family of 5 adults. It gave everyone plenty of space. The view of the pool was very nice & we enjoyed the added view of the Gulf from the balcony. Our host, Mary, was an excellent communicator & so nice.

We really enjoyed this condo and the Sea Oats facility. The pools were large with lots of space to play or sit. The beach access was extremely convenient and the lagoon had large fishing piers with night lighting. There was also space for outside grilling and for the kids to run around nearby. The condo was clean and comfortable with plenty of space for our multigenerational group of 7. We especially liked the balcony view. We would love to come back someday!

Great location easy beach access 150 yards away. Close to restaurants and attractions. Hosts were easy to contact and great to answer all questions etc. Unit was as described on the web site and met all of our needs. Kitchen was well stocked. Sea Oats property was well maintained. Our unit had great view of the Gulf from the deck.

We were very happy with the condo. The pic of the balcony doesn't do it justice...small, but has a great view. Be careful with the beach access. It isn't just across the road as depicted. Walk east past a few properties. Had a great time.

Pros: decent size unit, large kitchen with tons of kitchen utensils and appliances, quiet area, dock, boat slips, and wharf. Nice owners. Large closet of things you can use at beach. Two large pools.
Cons: pretty far away from restaurants/stores, dusty/older unit, struggled with bugs during our stay, on second floor and no elevators, Beach is a walk across the street, WiFi doesn’t work well, and the front room TV was spotty with digital tv.

This was our first time in Gulf Shores, we definitely plan on visiting again! The condo had a great location and plenty of space for 4 adults and 3 kids. The storage unit on the ground floor was great for storing all of our beach items! Mary was very quick to respond with any questions that we had!

This unit is very spacious and comfortable. My family had more than enough room and we never felt crowded at all. Mary was very easy to work with through the whole process of booking and checking in. We would stay here again on a return trip!

Everything was as descibed
Everything was as described and the walk to the beach took no time at all! We enjoyed our stay and slept great! My suggestion to renters would be to bring an extra blanket or two (which luckily we did) because there are not extras in the condo BUT this in no way takes away from our pleasant time at Sea Oats! Everything was clean and in working order!

Perfect for large family
We have stayed in several Sea Oats properties but this one was by far the nicest. It was clean and comfortable with everything we needed to enjoy our week. The added bonus of the ground level storage closet for all of our beach gear was just the icing on the cake. Mary was great to communicate with concerning any questions we had. There was plenty of space for our large family to spread out. We definitely plan on staying here again.

Great vacation rental! We recently stayed here with our six kids and we had a great time! The unit is spacious and very clean. The location is also a nice plus as it is easy to get to all the necessary places; beach, restaurants, shopping.
