Diese Penthouse-Wohnung mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 3 Bädern bietet Platz für 9 Personen und verfügt über 2.800 Quadratmeter Wohnfläche. Diese zweistöckige Einheit verfügt über einen Eingang im dritten Stock, der über einen Aufzug aus der Tiefgarage zugänglich ist. Es gibt eine geräumige Küche und ein Esszimmer für 6 Personen mit zusätzlichen Sitzgelegenheiten für 2 Personen an der Frühstücksbar. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über einen Gaskamin und eine große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 39-Zoll-Flachbild-TV, einen DVD-Player und WLAN. Es gibt einen Dachboden mit einem doppelten Futon, einem Spieltisch und Bücherregalen, die zum Wohnzimmer hin offen sind. Die Wohnung hat kein Telefon und keine Klimaanlage.
Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, einen 28-Zoll-Flachbild-TV, einen Gaskamin und eine private Tür, die zum Deck führt. Das Ensuite-Hauptbadezimmer verfügt über Steinplatten und -böden, einen Whirlpool, eine separate ebenerdige Dusche und eine Sauna. Das zweite Schlafzimmer befindet sich direkt auf dem Flur und verfügt über ein weiteres Kingsize-Bett. Neben diesem Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Bad im Flur mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche aus Stein. Das dritte und vierte Schlafzimmer haben jeweils zwei Einzelbetten. Zwischen dem dritten und vierten Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein weiteres Vorraumbad mit einer weiteren gefliesten Dusche. Ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner in voller Größe befindet sich auf der Hauptebene rechts vom Eingang und bietet Platz für Skier.

Loved the open feel of this condo. All bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining are on one level. Very clean. Living room couches were very comfortable. Chief complaint: all the beds were very firm and uncomfortable. There was no padding in the bedding to help. I think the mattresses are old. There was no ability to access Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. It would be nice if the TV access was updated.( living room TV is not a smart TV) The kitchen was large and had plenty of what we needed. A new toaster would be good, current one is "vintage"With the exception of the two things mentioned, it is a nice condo. The photos are accurate. The fireplaces were great. We enjoyed having gas ones, easy to use.

We had a great vacation and this condo was perfect for our family. The underground garage was a life saver in the snow! The location is great, we used the hot tub in the community and we cooked. The sauna was a great addition but the bath tub was not very functional.

Hot tub was cold. House was great! Lost the key, they charged us 85.00 for letting us in. Tried to call and talk to them about the charge, terrible customer service. They didn’t care about the hot tub temperature they said it was someone’s responsibility and they didn’t care about the charge for the key even though we found it. Overall it was good but we were dissatisfied with the customer service, and the fee for the key because we paid over 1500 to stay here. Very disappointed the hot tub was cold, we chose this place because of the hot tub and sauna. It would’ve been a perfect stay if better customer service on handling the fee and did something to fix the situation with the hot tub. We paid a lot of money for this place and we did because we wanted the amenities.

GREAT PLACE FOR 9-people to stay
Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet all the time. We had a few small glitches, but maintenance can in under an hour and all were fixed.
I’d stay there again with my family.

Short drive to town. This condo was very spacious for family of five. It had all basic amenities . We all truly enjoyed the sauna . I do feel that the linens (example , blankets, quality of pillows) needs a refresh. And an addition of a small tv in loft would have made this perfect. That being said I would revisit this condo again.

Well-supplied kitchen!!
We loved everything about our stay here. The property manager was very responsive to all requests even during a holiday week and we were so pleased with the kitchen supplies! Overall everything worked well. Highly recommend.

Lovely, relaxed weekend stay
We had a great time staying at this property. The living room, kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms were all great. Updated, spacious, and well stocked.
The view from the balcony is very pretty. We also enjoyed that there is immediate access to the walking path that surrounds Ketchum.
My only small criticism is that the bedrooms could use updating. The carpet and furnishings are a bit old, and one of the twin beds was unstable.

The rental process was easy and accurately described the property and amenities. It was very clean and well maintained. We had a couple of issues that management took care of rather quickly and made things right. I would highly recommend this place.

Fancy, quiet, and clean
This unit is in a shared building with a parking garage. Even though there are other units in the building, you'll never hear other people. The condo is very nice inside with huge ceilings, a highly functional kitchen, big table for games, and a master bath with a sauna a jacuzzi. This place is just all around great for the price and can VERY comfortably sleep 7 in beds without any bed-sharing. The hot tub is shared with the facility, but you'll still probably never see anybody else. Note that you do have to drive a few minutes to downhill skiing from this location.
