Unit, facility and location was great!Unit had everything we needed and was clean but needs a little TLC. There were some broken floor tiles, broken picture frames and gouges in the sheetrock at the bottom of the stairs. The bedrooms with the Queen bed and 2 twin beds could probably use new mattresses. The Queen bed dipped in the middle and the guests kept sliding to the middle of the bed throughout the night. The twin beds were just uncomfortable.

This complex location is wonderful.Overall our condo was comfortable and clean; however the dryer did not work very well at all. We contacted Seashore for maintenance, but nobody ever came to fix it.

This review is with mixed feelings. The location of the condo is perfect. If you like the Coligny area of HHI, you can't beat the location of this condo. The condo itself was plenty big for 6 adults and 3 children. Parking was good. The walk to the beach was very short, literally a couple of minutes. But this condo needs some TLC. The floors were dirty, not just sand but leftover food from previous guests. The carpet in the bedrooms had not been swept before we arrived. The ice maker was broken (it was repaired while we were there), and the dryer took hours to dry a standard load of clothes. Also note this condo it next to the pool area - which is great for small kids but not so great at 11:00 p.m.(and later) when people are in the hot tub with no respect to the closing time of 10:00 p.m. for the pool and hot tub. BUT, if the condo were cleaned properly, we would definitely stay here again because the positives outweigh the negatives. Oh, and having a few nice restaurants right across the street so you don't have to drive was also great.

Unfortunately there were some issues with the condo. It was the week of May 20th through May 27. It definitely needs some deep cleaning and in the kitchen the bottom of the cupboards were broke and just laying there. It could use some plastic cups for kids and a little disorganized. The front door needs a latch inside on the top. We have a 19 month old and she was able to open the door. Unable to lock from the inside. Dryer took so long to dry our towels at least 4 cycles of 60 min. One night there were some teenagers at the pool after 10 which didn’t bothere us but they were laying all over each other on the loungers . I went out and said the pool close at 10 and did they stay there and the one said yes but wasn’t sure what villa and one of the girls said 201. There was a disturbing incident but do not want to put on here. I was going to call seashore but they left and did not come back. I was surprised that I never seen any security there or at seacrest. I would definitely still rent through seashore vacations but not sure if I would rent 401. Are stay was pleasant. Just a few things need fixing. Love the location and a plus being by the pool.

The location of this unit is perfect! We love that two of the bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs so we can socialize without waking children. The only challenge we’ve had for two year in a row is the dryer. It takes 4 cycles of drying to fully dry clothes. I am hopeful that the owners or management will deal with this issue as we did laundry every day and this was a big problem.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved that the pool and hot tub were right outside the door. The view from the balcony was nice and we could hear live music coming from Coligny. Having Coligny Plaza right next door was great! Fun restaurants and a grocery store were right there!

Large Family Condo
Perfect condo for out stay with adults and children. Three bedrooms was a must this year and proximity to the pool made the kids so happy! Walk to the beach is easy even with all accessories in tow. The condo was larger than I thought would be, the pictures don’t do it justice!

Great location, great property. North Shore Place is right in the middle of restaurants, shops, grocery store, etc. We've stayed in this building for years and always enjoy the pool and 5 minute walk to the beach. First time in a 3 BR condo and loved it. Wrap around patio and great views.

We just got back from a fantastic stay at 401 North Shore Place. Our unit was a two story condo with a wraparound balcony. The unit was immaculate and seemed freshly painted! The location was perfect and the walk to the beach took 2 minutes! Coligny Plaza was across the street-easy walk! I was worried about noise, not an issue! We actually sat on balcony and listened to music at night! Pool and hot tub were right outside the door-only wish was that the pool was heated! 401 was roomy, comfortable and the views were incredible! Management responded to any questions promptly and when checking in, Heather and Buddy were courteous and welcoming! Wish we could book for next year, but our dates are already taken!! Overall, a wonderful stay with great weather!

The rental was really great - it did not feel like a condo and it was accessible to everything. It was clean and had the basics that we needed. It was our first trip but likely not our last.

perfect stay
Our family had a delightful time staying here while visiting with other family nearby for Thanksgiving. The place is very comfortable. The upstairs master bedroom has a view of the ocean.
The only problem was that the hot tub by the pool stopped heating on day #2. We reported it, but didn’t hear back from anybody. Nonetheless, we’d come back again in the future if we could. Thank you!

Great stay
Property was great. The location to the beech and pool was wonderful. It was nice to be able to play with my older kids in the pool while our 1 yo took a nap as the room was just next to the pool. On rare occasion the noise from the pool was audible at night but usually quite by 9pm but the location was well worth the trade off. Would certainly stay here again.

We enjoyed our family vacation in this great location. One block from beach and Cologne Square across street. The condo was clean and the staff very helpful, got back to us immediately with any concerns we had. Wasps nest were irritating and they came immediately to resolve. They also placed a call to an exterminator. Lovely time. Wishing 1st floor Bed was king size.

The rental was perfect. It was my family of four plus my parents and there was plenty of room for everyone! The beds were comfortable and the thermostat was working well. The only thing that didn’t work was the dryer, we gave up on that and ended up using the dryer in my brothers room across the way. They had boogie boards in the closet which were amazing - my children loved using them and it was great to not have to make separate purchases for them! The upstairs TV’s worked here and there but we’re not that technically savvy and couldn’t figure it out. One day we had volume, the next we didn’t. We loved that we could walk out the door and be right that at the pool. It was also such a short and easy walk to the beach! Overall, the stay was great and we would do it again!

Excellent location!
Beautiful condo located within walking distance of beach, restaurants, shopping and grocery. The pool is conveniently located right near the front door, yet noise was not an issue. The condo has been decorated with bright cheery colors and comfortable beds and furniture. We were 5 senior ladies on a 2 week stay and it did not disappoint! Any minor issues were quickly solved by management. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We specifically wanted to stay in this building to see if we liked it enough to buy a unit. We went with the 3 bedroom to see the layout despite it not looking as nice in the photos. The unit is much nicer than the photos and location is perfect. Ocean views from the upstairs bedrooms.
