Instructions were sent with pictures for self check-in. Nice mixture of hotel style and quality rooms and bathrooms and amenities, home-like living room and kitchen. Nice welcome package, and many spices available in the kitchen. Quiet, residential area. Will comfortably fit a family of four.
You really should have a car. There is a large Tesco Extra 15 minutes' walk away. You can probably get around with public transportation, but it does not look very convenient. There is a washing machine but no dryer, and this is humid Scotland so things dry more slowly.

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. It was light and airy. Couldn’t really find much wrong with it. Good value for money.

there is nothing I can say ‘I did not like’ , but just a couple of comments:
1-the apartment is at the first floor without elevator (to take into account when having luggage)
2-the boiler is in the wall between the kitchen and the twin bedroom and it is quite noisy when it switches on during the nigh

Very roomy, new everything and loaded with amenities. Very hard to fault. It was like living in a 4 star hotel. A great place to take the train into Edinburgh

Bathrooms were well appointed and bed linen was good quality
Entrance area and shared space in poor condition, broken window at Front door. Doors propped open by stones, poor security as a result. Host was very unhelpful when there was an issue with the booking and it was cancelled in error by Booking.com. Did not reply to my phone call as promised and i then had to rebook at the last minute at an inflated cost, very disappointed indeed as he did not honour original booking.

beautifully clean with everything you could need for a stay, close to town centre, train station and leisure park that has cinema, bowling and numerous eating options
concerned that as we were middle flat any noise might disturb those above and below us

Loved the area, bedrooms and bathrooms.
Good instructions upon arrival. The water and milk was a great little gesture.
I thought the kitchen, under beds and the sofa needed cleaned thoroughly.

Great location, great communication from host, easy to access, excellent TV and internet. Even little welcome food and drink in the fridge.

Apartment is very nice, located within a housing estate, very well equipped, nice views
Apartment not really sutible for someone with a small child as all laminate flooring causing noise to echo and upstairs residents kept banging on floor

The apartment was really superb, very spacious, well equipped, clean and Kashif was an excellent host. It is a 5 min drive to Tesco with Odeon, Restaurants and Gym only 10 min drive. We will certainly stay again
