Ottimo soggiorno in questa casetta confortevole e ben arredata situata molto vicino al centro di Epérnay. La comunicazione con Nicolas è stata facilissima e molto utile, lui è stato sempre gentile e disponibile e mai invadente. Gli spazi all'interno sono più che gradevoli, il salotto ha un bel divano e la tv con i canali on demand, la cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario per prepararsi i pasti e c'è anche una macchina del caffè espresso. La camera ha anche un soppalco con un altro letto matrimoniale, potrebbe ospitare tranquillamente 4 persone. Il bagno è stretto ma ben organizzato, più che accettabile. Anche se non c'è aria condizionata la casa è fresca e ci siamo stati benissimo. E' molto silenziosa nonostante la vicinanza alla via principale. Parcheggio gratuito lungo la via proprio di fronte alla casa. Wifi gratis incluso. La casa è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla bellissima Avenue de Champagne. Un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo in questa zona molto cara della Francia. Quando torneremo da queste parti speriamo di poter soggiornare ancora in questo appartamento carino e comodo. Tutto ok, unico appunto avevamo solo 1 asciugamano a testa per 4 notti di soggiorno per tutto, doccia, capelli, viso ecc, decisamente troppo poco (ma pare che sia un'usanza comune in Francia). Nicola ha garantito che provvederà diversamente in futuro.

Locatie op een paar 100 meter van het centrum met restaurants en winkels, dus super. Het pand lag aan een weg die wel heel erg druk was dus veel geluidsoverlast. Maar verder was het prima!
We mistten een kledingkast om onze kleding op te hangen.

V close to town. The bedroom is deliciously dark at night so we slept wonderfully. It was a very nice stay. The host was very quick with communication.
If you are over 6 foot my husband would say the bed downstairs is quite short. We didn't try the other bed. There was only one loo roll, which was odd, and fortunate that it only ran out the morning that we left.

The location so close to the CBD. The bed was comfortable and the decor was bright.
It was a long narrow apartment with a window at the front and skylight over the bedroom at the back so was quite dark. Missed a balcony to sit outside.

It was a lovely cosy little place with everything you need and so close to town everything was walkable from here and Nicholas gave valuable information in regards to bike hire and things to do in Épernay

very good central location for a cheap price in Epernay.
the apartment is directly at the Main Street, so it is quite loud in the night and we were woken up sometimes from the car noises.

The apartment is really nice, modern with wi-fi connection and Netflix. It’s well furnished and really close to restaurants and the centre.

wonderful apartment in a great location. The host was so helpful and arranged a champagne tasting at a local supplier which was the highlight of our trip

We enjoyed the full amenities provided and the very quiet bedroom. Great shower! The apartment was within walking distance of the Champagne Avenue and many shops and restaurants. It was a very comfortable stay. We didn't use the loft room but it was a nice feature. There is an amazing pastry shop just around the corner.
The apartment was clean but the floors hadn't been swept or washed.

the location near the town centre was excellent, particularly close to the Ave of Champagne, so it saved us from driving after tasting!

couldn’t get the AC to work/no AC. two days were fine but the final day was really hot so made for a really hot sleep.

Loved the living room, kitchen facilities, very clean
Front room was a bit dark and the window looked out directly to the street. It’s located on a busy street so if you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you. Large trucks and cars start passing by around 6:30.

The location was excellent! Plus lots of free street parking. The apartment was nicely decorated.
The bathrooms needed to be cleaned better. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The doors to get in and out were a bit of a hassle. An additional hand towel would be great.

The bedding smelled very musty. The air vent covers were very dusty and the shower floor needs a good cleaning.

Location, cute and comfortable apartment. Convenient and inexpensive parking nearby. Would definitely stay again.
The toilet is outside the main room (separate from shower and sink) but not a problem for us :)

Very close to the city center and à short walk to the Shampane avenue. The appartment has tea and coffee and everything necessary to have some simple meals. it is renovated in a simple manner but is clean.
- they forgot to throw away the trash from previous guests which was quite full and smelled like smoke..
- when we arrived the room was very cold. Putting heating on low level 2-3 hours before arrival would have been appreciated
- the bed matress is aweful, any tiny movement of my husband walk me up. The bed makes a lot of noise
- The stairs are super narrow and dangerous and make huge amount of noise. So going to bathroom at night guarantees the person sleeping below and upstairs to wake up
- The bedroom is lit through a tiny window from ceiling
- The upstairs bedroom ceiling is very low so you can hit your head
- You can hear the road in the bedroom, especially in the morning

The location was fab and the apartment was stylish and perfect for a couple of days getaway.

Location is perfect not far from city centre. There is a free parking very close to the appartement. Host is really nice and helpfull. The organized a tasting at one of the champagne producers closeby, we loved it.

The property is located a couple of minutes’ walk from the city center and in walking distance from the Avenue de Champagne (10-15 minutes). There is a lot of parking available close by, some of which is free. Our host Nicolas was very responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotless and had some nice details to remind you that you are in the Champagne.
The kitchenette was well stocked. We haven’t cooked but that would not have been an issue. Same for the bathroom. It was clean as a whistle and the shower had great water pressure. The bedroom has two stories and a separate window so was easy to ventilate.
The beds had hard mattresses.

The owner is very kind. The apartment was big enough for the two of us! The supermarkets are close and you can park your car at the other side of the road. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Also the bathroom was clean and the shower was great!
They thought of everything!! But unfortunately there where some knifes missing and there was no scissors. But it didn’t influence our stay/experience.

Location was great and staff helpful to organise covid testing we needed for travel.
It was damp and smelt of mould - with very poor ventilation. There was no iron even though there was an ironing board and the kettle didn’t work. Bed linen and towels were all damp and smelled mouldy.
