Cuando llege la nevera tenia restos de los antiguos clientes y la manta de la cama tenía algunas manchas. Los utensilios de cocina no estaban bien limpios tenían restos de comida.

The apartment should be more clean. The apartment feels a little beat up as all walls need to be washed or painted. Water leaks on the floor from the kitchen into the bathroom, the soap dispensers in the shower don't work properly, nor do the drawers in the kitchen to open, no cutting board or small sharp knife, one wine glass. 1/2 of the outside of one window washed, leaving the other half dirty to look through.

Insonorización interior (si el vecino de apartamento es ruidoso se escucha) y necesita un poco de mantenimiento, aún así muy bien el apartamento

Apartamento con escaso menaje,una sola manta y no limpio como esperábamos. Tuvimos que llamar para hacer el check in porque no teníamos respuesta ni instrucciones.. El resto bien.

Im Herbst etwas kühl, die elektrischen Heizungen waren noch nicht angeschlossen. Da wir nur für eine Übernachtung da waren, reichte die Zeit nicht, um die Wohnung zu heizen, was jetzt kein Drama war.
