Transfers to and from airport were very much appreciated. Location, island and facilities of the resort were great

To be honest, it was dissapointing how run down everything was. Remote controls especially were problematic with almost all the TVs, one was inoperable. The ACs remotes were in the same state. The spa on the balcony has broken tiles and razor sharp edges that my son cut his knee on. We discovered what seemed to be possums fighting in the cavity between the middle and top floors, we reported it but got NO response and no assistance. The BBQ on the balcony was so rusted that only half the burners work and gas/fire simply burnt off. The state of the mattresses withing the unit as well varied, some being so soft and slumped, i (with a bad back) certainly couldnt sleep on them. No one told us about all the cockatoos as well that they can enter the unit freely and attack our food because inadequate window/security exists in the unit. All in all, for the amount we paid, we were actually quite disappointed. The island, the weather, the location and the assistance of the staff we did see (transfers) was great but the accomodation... not so much Im sorry.

location was great, apartment was huge. view was exceptional. 4 ensuite bathrooms was great.

The 5th room isnt really a bedroom with some of the windows not having blinds. the powder room could do with a shower to accommodate that 5th room. it would be great for kids only as they could access their parents ensuite. the dishwasher didnt work and not enough glasses to accommodate a party of 10.

Great Location

Golf carts didn't work all the time. Pool wasn't heated or operable. Electricity kept tripping to water heaters.

dated, mouldy, not clean (oven was dirty, fridge was smelly, mould & water damage on the ceiling)

Spacious! location is amazing! View is superb. Well stocked.
