It was a clean place. Now central air but had fans, its san diego, it was comfortablefor the most part.Its in a nice quiey neighborhood. Owners on property, room is above their garage(heat rises, so it gets a tad warm but bearable) but separate from their main house. Toilet clogged first night but we just went to walmart and bought a plunger, easy fix left plunger there. I stayed 2 nights Friday, saturday left sunday morning. Saturday night came in at 2am(came from arizona to see a show) with a family member who went to the show with us but it was late and he drank so i asked him to sleep here and we would take him home before heading back to the Arizona. It was late and we should have asked but owner wasnt too happy and charged us an additional $50 which is no problem, we paid cash and left. Other than that, it was a decent stay.

Had the best time here. Hosts were the nicest ppl! Easy to find, anything we asked for they were on it! They made sure we were comfortable and happy. Wish I could’ve stayed longer👍

BEAUTIFUL Views!! Super Sweet Hostess!! Beautiful space to stay in. Maria-Elena recommended a few restaurants & local shopping that we took advantage of. We we're very pleased. The firm bed & pillows we perfect for us. We loved having a private jacuzzi & spacious shower!

Great view! Quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located (within 30 min) to many San Diego destinations. Property manager met us personally to make sure everything was as expected. Wonderful vacation!

My only complaint is handicap accessibility I have a bad right knee and stair are difficult for me. If the listing had mentions stair I would have selected another location. The stay was enjoyable other than the stairs.

This studio was a great find. Love the view, bed, shower and the amenities available. Driveway parking was an added plus. Neighborhood was quiet. Short driving distance to all the wonders that San Diego had to offer. Hosts were very helpful and kind. Answered questions promptly. Would recommend this studio and I would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful mansion with a master bathroom large enough to put a queen-sized bed in it. Extremely nice host. If you don’t mind 3 thin doors where you can clearly hear people lightly clearing their throats or distinctly make out the sound of them folding their pajamas.

This property was lovely with amazing views and just a short drive from downtown San Diego. The host was super accommodating and cared about how we enjoyed our stay.

I loved the location, the property does need some updates. There is no AC in the room Just fan, and it gets quite hot. Bed does need to be replaced since is squeaky and mattress sinks you in the middle.. It was disappointing that I had spoken to host before in regards to there been an AC in the room and she assure me she will install a mini-split AC in the room and they did not install one..

We SO enjoyed our weekend at Maria and Jorge's charming flat. It's so pretty and well decorated, and everything we wanted for a quick trip to San Diego to see family. The views were gorgeous, and having a jacuzzi in our room was pure fun! We found some good places to eat and grab some groceries also. Also, we loved the location -- we felt like we were out iin the countryside.. Looking forward to our next visit!

We SO enjoyed our weekend at Maria and Jorge's charming flat. It's so pretty and well decorated, and everything we wanted for a quick trip to San Diego to see family. The views were gorgeous, and having a jacuzzi in our room was pure fun! We found some good places to eat and grab some groceries also. Thoroughly enjoyed the place it was everything they said it would be it was close to what I needed and the bed was very comfortable. Only suggestion is just maybe more creamer or more a little thing of milk in the fridge and maybe a little bit better coffee other than that it was awesome.
