Our party of 12 had a great time at this combination of apartments. It’s very spacious with an authentic Italian style. The property description listed a washer and dryer. There are no dyers and the host never responded to my request concerning this. There are small washers in each suite which we used and air dried our clothes. The location was excellent for us to walk to everything. Check in was easy and the area felt completely safe.

The location is great! Apartment entrance is on a major retail street with high end clothing stores nearby and a quaint bakery a couple doors down. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to most major attractions in Florence and convenient to airport and train station (walkable to train). Communication with host was excellent. When I had questions they responded immediately. The three units included accommodations for 9 of us comfortably, but keep in mind in one unit the bedrooms are adjoined with only a partial wall between. Worked well for us but not completely private in one of the three apartments. The furnishings are fine and comfortable but not like a “luxury” hotel, and that was fine for us. Plenty of room to spend out in common areas. We really enjoyed opening the windows and seeing the sights on the street but one warming, there is noise at night so earplugs could be helpful for light sleepers. Lastly, stairs are steep so good mobility is important for anyone who stays here. Overall we loved it and were completely satisfied.

Very well equipped. Nice to have coffee our first morning. Beautiful apartments. Amazing location near a coffee shop/bakery

This property is listed as a “5BR Luxury Apartment in the heart of Florence”. Substitute the word “luxury” with “quaint” in the description and it would more accurately represent the property. The location was excellent and is conveniently located to many attractions, restaurants, shopping and the train station. The apartments need some repairs as each of the showers had issues with shower doors unable to fully close, shower floors not able to drain along with visible mold and mildew in the middle apartment bathroom. Although each apartment has a washer, there is no dryer. The first apartment had a bedroom door that would not close fully due to a missing latch. Although this was repaired in a timely manner, communication was difficult, with repeated attempts to call the owner, many dropped calls and no returned calls. I was unable to inform the owner/manager of issues with the cooktop not working in the second apartment and problems with the upstairs air conditioner resulting in our sleeping on the downstairs sofabed. This is a historic property and has a few quirks, despite this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.
