Everything.Lots of common sense coming from the owner as well as its employees.They offer you an incredibly well served breakfast which is included in any room category you choose.The location is less than a block from the train station and facing the beach.And the bed is very comfortable.What else do you need?

Perfect for stop-over. Secure parking. Friendly host, with good recommendations for dinner.
Lot of trafic noise. Buildig site nearby. Not very clean in shower.

Great Italian breakfast, very clean, daily housekeeping with great quality, family enviroment, Owner and all staff has been realy kind helpfull and friendly. Parking lot insured for all nights we stayed. The dog Matteo just perfetto 11/10 :).
Instead of fridge on room we gets option to use big shared common fridge.
We would definetly come back again and can reccomand this accomodation.

One minor minus considering everythig else it is really inappreciable. There has been sometimes a smell from bathroom, I guess some problem with dirty water outlet.

Good price vs quality combination, staff was quite friendly, room was clean, fantastic focaccia for breakfast with ham and cheese.
Nowhere it was written that we have to pay extra 10 Euro for the parking although it was on the private hotel territory, so we were charged on top of the room price.
Don't take juice for breakfast, it's just colored water.

Location, nice cosy rooms renovated. Good breakfast. Parking at the site for additional fee.
Noise from the street and hallway from other guests in the middle of the night. Doors would need some fixing with better noise isolation and sealing.

Location is close to the sea and the city centre. Breakfast is very good. Rooms are clean and conmfortable. The owner Marco is a true gentleman.
