Ravi is a good host. He was ready to help us with all we needed. The room was big and nice. Very close to Patan Durbar Square.

All small inconveniences were solved with Ravi when we talked to him.

Location was perfect, easy to walk and enjoy historical Patan. Also, easy to find taxi or get Uber. Plenty of local foods close and Labin Mall is just a few minutes walk. Ravi and his wife were perfect hosts and very helpful when asked for advice or directions. Room was clean, serviced daily and had hot water too! Will recommend to anyone stopping through after or before your trek. Good place to begin or end your experience in Nepal. You'll want to return!

As a regular western visitor to Nepal I found this to be one of my best stays. I'd say to Ravi keep doing what your doing! No complaints.

We got spacious cute one bedroom apartment o balcony overlooking the authentic Patan neighborhood. well located everything is in walking distance. it could be dark alley to reach the property but the people are friendly and very nice experiences to be indulge in such ambience , we took whole apartment which included living room, private bedroom and private bathroom just me and my classmate, this place can host up to 3 people without feeling suffocated the entrance and staircase of Sayami house are charming n stylish designed by the host , Ravi Ravi also invited us for Morning coffee, toast, boiled eggs whatever we need at his own penthouse on top of the same building to discuss about what we want to do for the rest of our stay, that he can advice

Mhmmm hard to say, Maybe just a layout of the bathroom that do not separate the wet shower from dry area , the rest is just perfect

Best location to visit Patan, just few minutes walking from Durbar Square! On a lovely pedestrian place. The room is very large and clean, the whole house is really nice. The owner was very kind to help our taxi to find his way at the beginning of our stay, and also helped us to find a private driver for our trip back to the airport, since it was during night with bad rain. Overall is very good for the price!

The location was great, but to be honest, we were familiar with the area a little by then - otherwise, it's a little dark at night to get there. The big sign outside is super helpful. The home is really nice. I love having a local feel.

There was no AC, but I also forgot to ask and confirm that, and once we cooled down with a shower, we were fine with the fan. Other than that, really liked the place a lot!

The room was quite large and extremely well located (two minutes walk from the square). And the staff called ahead of time to arrange dropping off keys when we arrived, so we didn’t have to worry about getting in.

There is no fan which made the few nights we spent there quite uncomfortable, and we had a multitude of mosquitoes to contend with inside the room (which made for very restless nights). Also the room strongly smelt of stale smoke...

Bed was very comfortable and the ambience was amazing. Felt very peaceful.

Everything was pretty prefect. However, the washroom had a tiny soap, would've been nice to have a handwash. But it can be neglected..
