Only one place to eat and one grocery store in close vicinity.

The view is gorgeous and the house itself is beautiful and modern with one bathroom on each floor. It is well equipped as it has many appliances and everything you may need in the kitchen (except for a pan). We stayed for a week and had someone clean the house in the middle of the week and put fresh towels on the bed. Apart from the service, everything was great.

It is far from the city by walk so you'll definitely need a car. The owner did not answer to my email and when I called them, it turned out they don't speak a word in English at all. It is also stated on the site that they offer a transfer service from the airport, but that is not true either. These are not big problems but both is stated on their site, so be aware of these things. From about the 5th day there was no internet service and it was because the bill has not been paid according to the service provider. I sent the owner a screen shot with the Greek text and asked them to sort this out but got no answer either so we had to use another apartment's WiFi. I guess it was end of the season and they didn't want to pay for another month. There was a dishwasher but only a few capsules to use it with. The same thing with the washing machine, there was no detergent in the house.
