S Hotels Chennai

Location

WiFi was horrible and not working. Light switches are confusing .

The location is the main thing I like about S Hotels

The cleanliness in the rest room can be improved. The linens and the carpet in the communal area requires big improvement

The cleanliness of the rest room needs improvement . The community area carpet also requires improvement

I was not satisfied with my stay in the Presidential Suite. For a suite of this category, I expected better attention to basic amenities and guest convenience. Simple essentials such as tissues were not provided, which was disappointing. In addition, the bathroom taps were confusing to operate and not user-friendly. Clear labelling or instructions would have improved the experience significantly. Cleanliness were also below expectations. The room service food serving trays were not clean, and in-room cups were dirty as well. This raised concerns about hygiene standards and negatively affected the overall experience. Overall, the stay did not meet the expectations associated with a Presential Suite, and I hope improvements will be made to ensure a better experience for future guests.
