Keine Frage, im Isla Verde Viertel von San Juan zu übernachten, ist der richtige Ort! Dies ist nur kein Mietobjekt für mich, es ist mein zweites Zuhause, und war mein Hauptwohnsitz für viele Jahre. Nur zu wissen, dass nach einem Tag der Reise, Ihr Urlaubsziel Ziel ist nur weniger als zehn Minuten entfernt, sobald Sie in Puerto Rico internationalen Flughafen in San Juan ankommen, nimmt den Stress weg.

Die Wohnung ist schön! Was ist so einzigartig ist, dass es im dritten Stock ist! Der Blick auf das Meer und den Strand ist in perfekter Linie zum Wohnzimmer und Esszimmer. Diese herrliche Aussicht fließt direkt in die schöne Einrichtung Ihres Hauses weg von zu Hause.
Es gibt überall Ölgemälde. Es ist elegant eingerichtet und mit Rattanmöbeln im Wohnzimmer und Essbereich ausgestattet. Wer vorbeikommt, verliebt sich sofort in den Ort. Jeder, der geblieben ist, kehrt immer zurück. Ich habe auch einen erstaunlichen Wohnungsmanager. Er ist da, für welche Bedürfnisse und Fragen Sie auch immer haben mögen.
Es gibt Hunter Deckenventilatoren überall. Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern. Die Wohnung wurde frisch mit satten und hellen Farben wie Rot, Grün und Gelb gestrichen. Das Badezimmer ist eine neu renovierte, komplett aus italienischem Marmor gebaute Dusche. Es befindet sich zwischen den beiden Schlafzimmern. Der WC- und Duschbereich kann getrennt von der Gästetoilette für den Zugang für zwei Personen gemacht werden. Wenn Sie eine der Türen eines Schlafzimmers schließen, wird es für Sie zum nächsten, wenn Sie es wünschen.
Es gibt einen schönen Leseraum in der Lobby mit Blick auf den Strand. Sicherheit und Büroverwaltung befindet sich ebenfalls in der Lobby. Der Pool befindet sich auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes und ist privat für die Gäste im Racquet Club.
Wenn Sie sich für ein Auto entscheiden, steht Ihnen ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Die Autovermietung, die ich empfehle, ist Charlie Car Rental, nur wenige Blocks entfernt und 24 Stunden geöffnet, sowie ein 24 Stunden Walgreens mit einer Apotheke.
Stühle und Sonnenschirme können direkt vor dem Gebäude gemietet werden. Eine Ermäßigung erhalten Sie im Racquet Club Condominium. Und unten im Erdgeschoss ist eine Bar / Restaurant, die tolle Burger zu tollen Fischsalaten, Reis und Bohnen und Mofongo serviert.
Dieser weitläufige Strandabschnitt, an dem Sie wohnen werden, bietet Ihnen den Luxus, zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, 5-Sterne-Hotels und Casinos und Live-Unterhaltung zu laufen. Tolles Tag und Nacht-Leben immer zu Ihrer Verfügung.

The Tropical Jewel was perfect for our 10-day stay in Puerto Rico. It was my husband, my brother and myself and the apartment was perfect and just the right size. It was stocked with anything you could need in the kitchen and also had beach towels and beach chairs we could use.
The view from the living room was amazing and when we were in the apartment, that is where we sat, looking out at the water. Being on the 3rd floor made it was such an easy walk to the beach and also to many restaurants, bars, and a grocery store as well as a couple of casinos (if you're into that). And there are a couple car rental places close by which made it easy to rent a car for a few days while we were there.
The owner was so responsive as was Alberto, the property manager. We would highly recommend renting this wonderful apartment!

I had a good 1st time experience staying in a place other than a hotel. The host & condo manager were very nice & informative. The place was exactly as pictured & written about. The check in & out was smooth. The instructions, directions, & information was easy to follow. I felt very safe in the condo & the neighborhood. There was plenty to do in the surrounding area as well as enjoy the beach located right outside the condo. The communication was good & only a text/call away with a quick response. The recommendations give by the host were very informative & helpful. I enjoyed the ones we chose & wish I could've done them all honestly except didn't have time since I went for a wedding. I would absolutely stay again when I return to San Juan, PR. Thank you for a good experience.

The location was excellent, situated directly on the beach. In easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, groceries.

The property was right on the beach which the view was beautiful. The plus stops here. I was embarrassed by the security guard telling 4 seniors she would be watching our every move, her words. The building was dilapidated and old smelling. Upon entry we began to notice things:
Trash in the bathroom can
Toilet not cleaned behind the lid
Went to toast bread found the tray with french fries we don't eat them
Pool was ok bathrooms were filthy
Air conditioner went out
Oh and what ever you do
DO NOT LEAN FORWARD on any of the three chairs and sofa you see in the picture. You will fall flat forward

It was very convenient being across the street from the beach. Also, being close to a large selection of restaurants. It was quite and peaceful! We will stay in this condo again!

Perfect location right across street from Carolina Beach. Apartment had everything you needed. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

The property was as described and just perfect! The location was great for walking to restaurants, shopping and the beach. The view was spectacular! We enjoyed the Alambique restaurant downstairs very much and definitely enjoyed the $5 mimosas! We went to old San Juan for a day and ate at El Jibarito restaurant that Yvonne recommended at it was delicious! I highly recommend this property and would stay again if we get back to Puerto Rico!

This place is absolutely amazing!! The location could not have been better. We had the ocean out the living room window and the beach right out the front door. It was just a few minutes from the airport and a few minutes from downtown too.
The condo was perfect for us. We are four sisters in our 40s and 50s. There was literally everything we needed. They didn’t miss anything. There are two bedrooms with a bathroom between them. It was very comfy. We moved the couch and chairs in front of the window, which is as big as a patio door, and we played games and watched and listened to the ocean when we weren’t out.
There is a fantastic restaurant down stairs, named Alambique. We loved it so much we ate there several times. They have the BEST calamari we’d ever had. Very convenient.
Alberto is the property manager. He met us at the airport to give us the keys and gate remote and he drew us a map of the property. Upon leaving, he came out to the condo to collect they keys and do a quick walk-thru. He was just awesome.
I can’t wait to return to San Juan and I will definitely stay at Yvonne’s place again. It was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!

My family and I stayed here for 8 days. It wad a good location close to many restaurants and convenience stores. We like that it is close to the airport so that when you arrive to PR you can get settled in right away and not have to drive so far.
Checking in is easy and flexible, which makes it nice so you can leave you luggage in the apartment until you leave for your flight.
The swimming pool is just ok. I'm not sure that it was cleaned during our stay. Didn't appear to be, as there was a lot of stuff floating in it everyday. We were more inclined to go to the beach so this didn't really affect us much.
The security guard is present 24 hrs and is friendly.
Alberto met us on the day of our arrival and showed us the basics of the apartment.
Overall it was a good stay.

Me, my wife and 3 kids stayed here for 8 nights! Let me first say that Yvonne and Alberto were super responsive and made us feel welcome. The beach view is gorgeous. The place was clean and well stocked. YVvonne even suggested a photographer for us to do a family photo shoot and he was amazing as well. Best vacation we've had in a long time. We would definitely come back and stay here!!

Wonderful condo
My two young kids and husband and I stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. The beach is gorgeous and is right outside your windows. The pool is nice because part of it is shaded at times and parts are sunny, so you kindof can choose if you want to be in the sun or shade. It’s an easy walk right across the street to rent chairs and umbrella for the day and go back and forth with young kids. We usually would go back inside for lunch and a quick nap then head back out. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook with. The second bedroom has a daybed that has a trundle under, so two kids sleep well in here. It’s a nice mile walk to the end of the beach and we did that every morning with the kids finding coconuts and seashells. I recommend renting a car at the airport and you have a gate opener and parking space that comes with the condo. Super easy and safe. There’s even a Costco that we got groceries at the beginning of the week. We did love the restaurant right below two floors down called Alambique. It was delicious and we ate there for lunch 3 times in a row, it was just that good! Highly recommend trying the local dish, a shrimp mofongo or rice and beans with red snapper. The host is very nice and responsive and cares very much that you enjoy your stay and have everything you need. We enjoyed it so much we will definitely be back! Thanks so much, Yvonne!

It is a nice place with a great location. the only thing I didn't like is the home didn't have central air condition. I'm not use to the white noise from window air condition. The home has everything you need. I'm very appreciate.

We enjoyed our stay at Yvonne's place. It was spacious, comfortable, nicely decorated, and in a great location with a beautiful view of the ocean. The host promptly addressed any issues that arose during our stay. We would not hesitate to book this place again.

Perfect location
My wife is Puerto Rican. We love vacationing in Puerto Rico. Yvonne's condo provides everything your looking for...a beautiful view, very comfy and functional condo(we felt very much at home), delicious eats just downstairs at Alambique and Torres' Place, the beach just steps away, very friendly neighbors, nice pool, etc. Yvonne and her property manager are wonderful. Both were easy to get a hold of. Of course, never had a need to reach out to them other than to check in and then unfortunately check out. Yvonne is always concerned of making sure your comfortable. Can't wait to get back!

My sister and I spent a week here. The condo faces
the beach and had everything we needed.
The beach is great and the water was awesome. Security is taken pretty seriously at the condo. There is a heavy police presence in the area at night for the safety of the tourists. We felt safe at all times. Covid rules are followed pretty strictly with the majority of restaurants requiring a valid vaccine card and ID to get in. Restaurants, CVS, shops are all close.
The only negative was an issue with the couch. My sister sat on the couch and it tipped forward and she fell to the floor because the wicker couch base is only half-depth instead of being full depths like most couches. We learned to sit back.

It was very comfortable and well stocked with all linens, kitchen equipment, etc. We mainly used the ceiling fans but also had A/Cs for sleeping or if it got too hot. The property is located within short walking distance to a CVS and other shops from where we were able to get a few supplies for our stay. Alberto, the property manager, greeted us when we arrived and helped us check in and if we had any questions. We did not have any issues during our stay. I loved my stay. I would consider it again and will recommend this place to friends and family.

Overlooks ocean. Plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Beach chair & umbrella service on beach in front of condo. Only issue with property was the main AC did not work and Alberto the property manager brought a new remote and it started working.
