Exceptional views and great location. Elevators broke down twice during our stay. Room was not dusted or vacuumed, and vacuum cleaner was broken upon arrrival. Sporadic dirty dishes were left in cabinets and drawers and beds were not made up. Overall, I'd stay here again.

Condo was everything it said. Beautiful decor and felt very relaxing. The condo building had easy access to beach. If checking in on Saturday, chaos!! Tons of people, cars everywhere and directing staff was rude. I stood in the parking lot with luggage for elevator for about 30 minutes. The emailed directions on check out said one thing and the refrigerator said something else. When I called Elliot, the lady was very rude. Would I say again, absolutely. I would not check in on Saturday again though.

The communication between VRBO and the property manager was very poor. We were promised four parking passes, however, the property manager refused to give more than two. Thislisting on VRBO needs to be updated to match the current property. Along with parking restrictions, linen rental, and cleaning fees.

We stayed the week that the owners sold to a rental property and I think that will make a big difference going forward with cleanliness. It wasn't terrible, but it did not appear to have been vacuumed very well and some things were not wiped down. The bonus was that they have a vacuum in the unit so we were able to take care of that problem easily enough. They did have chairs and beach gear in the storage unit. The rentals out front on the beach were convenient, but a little pricey ($90 per day with deals if you rented for longer). The pool areas are very well kept and a great way to cool off from the hot weather! Overall would stay again, might just check the unit before unloading all of our stuff as they did offer to have cleaners come but we had unpacked by then.

Prior guest filthy sheets on bad. 2 vacuum cleaners neither work So you know the property had not been cleaned in quite a while Took 2 days to get someone into clean after we spent A-day doing it ourselves Thomas do not recommend until after November when new owner supposedly will remodel

Gross!Black mold in two of the bathrooms!Looks like they put caulk over the mold to cover it up but it kept growing!When I complained,They offered money towards our next stay!I honestly wouldn't stay here for free again!The washer and dryer do not work properly. Beds are saggy. The air quit working our last two days.

However, it wasn’t very clean in the places that matter. For example, the shower in the master has mold or mildew all around the door. There were places that had dirt or sand left from previous guests. It just had kind of a gross feeling. The lazy river had no inter tubes after a couple of days and the pool was always crowded. However the location to the beach is great. Go ahead and rent chairs and an umbrella online for the week. It’s just easier. The storage room has some items in it as well. Towels and linens are plentiful!

awesome oceanfront condo
this place was amazing...from the check-in where there were staff to help direct traffic and unloading, and more than enough carts and shopping carts to get our stuff upstairs one trip. When a problem arose with the kitchen sink, the repair was taken care of almost immediately....when the bathroom lights failed to come on, once again, a call to the repair guy, he was able to tell me how to fix it.....all in all, I would certainly recommend this place and look forward to coming down again

Loved the condo. Very nice and roomy for 12 people. The fridge doesn’t seem to get cold and my creamer actually spoiled in there….so I didn’t trust the fridge much.
The condo needs to update their pool wrist bands. Mine fell off every day and I had to use a new one. Other condos I’ve been to have those silicone bracelets. So much easier to deal with.
Over all though it was very quiet for most of our stay (despite a couple days during black biker weekend…..sooooo noisy then…make sure you don’t book during that time). Loved the beach. Loved the beds. Very comfortable. Would stay again.

Loved the condo. Very nice and roomy for 12 people. The fridge doesn’t seem to get cold and my creamer actually spoiled in there….so I didn’t trust the fridge much.

We had so much fun, and we were very pleased with the condo! Everything was as expected or better and made for a very easy and relaxing vacation!

It is hard to get up and down from the floor! Enjoyed the shopping and dining available in the area. Had some loud neighbors and no one to contact. I don't think we will be back.

The down side of the trip is the parking. If you have a large SUV or even a van forget about parking it close. Also, there is no one around (front desk) to ask questions.
All in all I would definitely rent this condo again.

The condo was perfect size for the 6 women in my group. 4bdrms, 6 beds, 3 bathrooms! Nicely decorated and pretty easy to rent. The owners answered my emails rather quickly.
The location was pretty quiet too.
The down side of the trip is the parking. If you have a large SUV or even a van forget about parking it close. Also, there is no one around (front desk) to ask questions.
All in all I would definitely rent this condo again.

Everything was clean and nice place to stay. The kitchen sink had very low water pressure to was dishes. All other rooms had great pressure. Not a game changer still a nice condo to rent.

Perfect condo for the week right on the beach. The outdoor pools are not heated like most other properties so the kids had to use the indoor pool on colder days which is the size of a hot tub. Location was perfect for us with shops and ice cream within walking distance. Would recommend and stay here again!

Rental process was seamless and easy. Condo had some issues and some updates are needed. Overall nice. Inadequate hot water supply for a large group, refrigerator door shelves missing and the one that was there was not usable as it was broken. Microwave door handle was broke as well and had previously been glued. Pots and pans in need of replacement. Master bathroom shower in need of replacement. Doors rusty and shower base had a black substance around the base, not sure if it was rust or mold.
Overall the condo was spacious, awesome balcony with beautiful ocean views. With a few minor upgrades this place would be fantastic!
I would stay again.

Great views, beautiful oceanfront and coastal views for miles. Master Bedroom mattress needs replacing, but other than that, beautiful condo, quiet corner unit. Nice location. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for sharing your Beach Home with us.

Loved the view and the spacious layout but the carpet and furniture is in need of a deep cleaning and the woodwork had a general layer of grime that just needs a good scrub with some Murphy’s Oil Soap. The master king mattress is past it’s prime but most high touch areas were very clean. The linens were good quality and the towels plentiful. We enjoyed using the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and some dinners. Overall enjoyed our stay.
