This house was perfect for my party of 6. We could walk or drive to restaurants/downtown. House was clean, had well stocked kitchen. Would stay again.

Great experience with the house. Location is close to everything you need. The view is gorgeous. Couldn’t wait to have coffee in the morning outside. Nice neighborhood. Very clean and it had what we needed to enjoy our stay.

We stayed at this home with two other couples for our annual wine tasting and pick up trip. Had a terrific time and the house was very accommodating with three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Worked out very nicely. We are loved the back yard with the occasional deer trotting by. House was clean and well kept with all the necessary utensils to make breakfast with. Gave us more time to socialize in the mornings without having to go out to eat breakfast. Will be booking again for spring!

Great house, nice neighborhood

This house did not disappoint. On a hot summer day we were greeted with a refreshing blast of air conditioning upon opening the front door! The home was bright and clean with ample room for four adults. The electronic door lock would not accept the passcode upon arrival, but my quick call to the property manager was answered promptly and resolved immediately via remote reset. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and just minutes from gas, groceries and dining. Overall, this is a wonderful home base for exploring Paso Robles and surrounding areas.

Excellent accommodations. House was perfect and well provided with 'household' items. It was as advertised. Cooked on the grill, in the kitchen and ate out. Always great to see family again and having such a comfy 'home base' made it all the better. Look for us again in 2024, but maybe we'll look for a pool property. Thanks much. The Mottard's

Reviewer Comments: overall very nice...however improvements should include: front entrance from garage to front porch has a hedge that has overgrown to limit suitcase access to entry; various cobwebs along ceiling in kitchen & laundry area; master bathroom toilet makes noise when tank is full and the valve shuts off water flow; master bedroom door will automatically go to fully open if not latched which results in a loud "wham" sound as the door stopper pulls the door to itself; coffee make r should be a Keurig instead of a drip machine; clothes washer lid can't open fully due to the lowness of the cabinet just above the washer; grab bars should be installed in both shower/bathtubs for safety and insurance liabilities.

Spacious, comfortable home , impeccably clean, just like your home -- only neater! (Almost) everything you could want -- except for a coffee measuring scoop! Also, a computer printer would be very helpful to guests who need to print our directions, tickets/confirmation, etc.
