We just came back from a great week at the house. Super helpful to have 5 different bedrooms. We loved the beach feel & decorations. We appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella & wagon and outdoor shower coming from the beach. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch or the back patio area (including the BBQ). Location is great on the Gold Coast. Close to the beach and easy walk to some great places (Uncle Bills, Kessels). Thanks for a great week!

This house was exactly as advertised and a pleasure to stay in. Myself, my children, their spouses and children were all comfortable. House is very warm and welcoming and thoughtfully equipped. Beds are awesome!

Carol was amazing. The gas in the grill was empty and she offered to drive down, fix the grill and/or replace it! Consistent customer service. Great place!

Clean, comfortable, well-appointed home with fully stocked kitchen. Prepared most meals at home and utilized the grill. The outdoor spaces are a definite plus. Beach tags, chairs, etc. were appreciated. The owners responded to questions promptly and were a pleasure to work with.

Just got back from a week at this property and couldn’t have had a better time. The house was clean and exactly as advertised on the app, no surprises! The fenced in backyard is an amazing feature as we had two little ones with us (2 and 4 years old) so we were able to sit outside at the table while they ran around without worrying they would run into the street. The front porch and upper deck are both great places to sit and relax. We had 7 adults and 2 kids and never felt crowded inside or outside the house. Highly recommend staying here!

Very clean home; bright and airy. We enjoyed the front porch as well as the backyard with the grill. Great neighbors as well! The host was extremely easy to get a hold of and answer any questions or needs that we had. It was just as I pictured it to be and quite accommodating for 10 people. We never felt like we were on top of each other. It is on a main highway but everyone knows people are going to the beach so it was not hard to cross the road. It’s a straight shot down to beach. It’s a lot closer to go down 24th street to get onto the beach then the 23rd entrance. There are six chairs, 6 badges, two umbrellas, two boogie boards with a wagon to put everything in. It wasn’t listed however you need to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, Hand soap, laundry detergent, counter spray and garbage bags. Overall it was probably the best house I’ve ever rented. The decor and overall feel of house was fabulous!!!!!!!!

We had an amazing stay! The house was clean and spacious and perfect for our family. We loved relaxing in the backyard and porch and the access to the beach was incredible. Definitely would stay again.

Overall our family had a great time at this property. It was in a nice location, just a few blocks from the beach. We walked with a loaded cart each day. Plenty of parking on the street. Realistically, the driveway in back fits two cars. The front porch is great, bedroom terrace is a nice option though we hardly used it, and the backyard is nice. Dining room can fit up to 10 with all the chairs in the house used. The living room is very large and comfy. The house was clean overall but the cleaning crew missed a few items. The items that could be improved are: the barbecue grill plates are clean (of food) but starting to rust—we bought a grill topper at Acme to cook on top of; the front door knob is difficult to lock/unlock and needs repair; the house was difficult to cool evenly on the hot days—the downstairs would be super cold and the bedrooms upstairs were still warm and needed the ceilings fans to break the heat; the small bedroom on the main floor has the AC unit right outside the window so it does make a good amount of noise and vibrates—-not for a light sleeper for sure. Personally I didn’t mind it too much and slept there, but the others in the group could not deal. Overall we had a great time and I would certainly consider staying here again.

The house was perfect for our family’s vacation. Particularly enjoyed the porches for reading. The fenced-in backyard was quite pleasant for relaxing and grilling. One family claimed the outdoor shower as their own! The beds were very comfortable; the house very clean and well appointed. First time in Ocean City that we stayed at the southern end; found the beaches to be less crowded. We discovered Nauti Doughnuts - they are delicious! We always thought Brown’s were the best in town, but think Nauti Doughnuts are right up there with Brown’s! Enjoyed Uncle Bill’s Pancake House and Aunt Betty’s Ice Cream!

My family had a great time during our stay in Ocean City! We just got back home and we are already looking forward to vacationing in Ocean city summers to come. With 8 adults and 2 twin toddlers, this house was a perfect fit. It was a short walk to the beach and walking distance to Aunt Betty's which we enjoyed every night! The property and home were well maintained and decorated nicely. We definitely felt "at home" for the week. There was PLENTY of parking to accommodate 4 cars, room for toddlers to run around, ample outdoor seating on the front porch and backyard, and a great outdoor shower to use after a day spent on the beach. Our family highly recommends this home and its location in Ocean City. We can't wait to visit again!

Originally from NJ and come down to the Jersey shore every other year Loved this home-Comfortable and clean - just three blocks from the beach which was much less crowded than near the boardwalk. Few blocks from the south end of the boardwalk with a leisurely 20 min walk to main part of the boardwalk. Had a wonderful time with my family! Would come back again!!

Count yourself lucky if you are able to book this home for your vacation. Everything was as described, and the photos are accurate. This is a residential part of Ocean City; which means that you will not be a part of the party crowd. The owners are very responsive to questions, and have thought of many things that we might not have. Our crew included grandparents, parents and 4 grandkids. With all of that, there was more than enough room for us, and little nooks to curl up with a book. It is obvious that the owners take great pride in their rental, and we appreciated our stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and clean beach house. The location is great with ample parking, and the owners are super prompt in answering any questions. We enjoyed a nice family breakfast at Uncle Bill’s pancake house (which is walkable!) and the kids loved getting a treat at Aunt Betty’s ice cream (also walkable) after a day at the beach. We would definitely recommend this house!

We fit in house well. Sofa was uncomfortable for sons. Air conditioner attached to house outside my bedroom woke us when it went on. First floor bathroom had no vent . Floor were dusty when we arrived and miscellaneous stuff on floor and under. Weather, food,beach ,boardwalk and we like each other. Great vacation

Vacation felt like being at home w the comfort of this house. It was clean and inviting right upon entering. Amenities made it even better and relaxing at night on porch or yard was perfect ending of day. Beach tags were a bonus and much appreciated for the week. Ease and convenience of beach, shopping and other sites made everyone able to do what they wished.

We enjoyed our stay here very much. First and foremost, the property was SPOTLESS. (Cleanliness gets huge points since we've been renting other properties in OC for years, and the cleaning of the units is horrible and rushed.) We loved the outdoor shower--it is not a small dark box located inside the building, it is freestanding, private, bright, clean and I never showered inside the house all week. With small children, an outdoor shower and the adjacent hose for cleaning off feet, beach stuff/chairs, etc. is a huge plus. We all appreciated being able to sit outside at the back outdoor table and eat meals. We made use of the propane grill--a very welcome perk since we prefer to cook most of our dinners and grilling outside is perfect. The beds were great--we had the king sized bed and I'm pretty sure it is a new mattress. The owners didn't skimp on decor either. The kids bunkbed room in particular was adorable in its nautical theme and comforters. The arm chairs in the living room are Ethan Allen. This house is furnished with quality and it does make you feel like you are borrowing a friends' or relatives' beach house. It would be great to have an additional seat or two in the living room area, but it wouldn't be a deal breaker. This is a great rental property. We would rent here again!

Our vacation was perfect in large part to the beach house we stayed in. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed. We also loved the nautical decor. Having the grill outside was a big plus for our bbq dinners. Close proximity to the beach too. I would highly recommend this house!

Plenty of space for our family of 7 in this super clean house. Easy walk to the beach. Owner was such a pleasure to work with and always responded quickly when I contacted her. We only wished there were more tv stations available for those rainy days! Seemed like only basic stations. Overall would totally love to rent this house again! We had a great stay.
