The issue is the vegetation on your property at the edge of the
roadway is too tall. The Ordinance states no vegetation or object
in the vision path above 2 feet above the ground, ie; shrubs, or
below 6 feet above the ground, ie; typically hanging tree limbs.

So unfortunately, even though the areca palms are nice, they are
blocking the vision path of your neighbors trying to exit their
driveway. This is a safety concern for other vehicles, bicycles and
pedestrians.
