Great location— easy ride from the airport on the Blue line, Bowdoin stop. Cool neighborhood: Flour Bakery! Target, good restaurants.?Cute, clean. Walking distance of Freedom Trail. Great a/c. If you arrive early, a luggage storage place is right nearby. Cute tiny park also near.

Took four telephone calls to complete “automatic” check in. Thank god customer service person was on the ball. Invest in a better system!

great location and very helpful and friendly staff. so glad to have a kitchenette available stocked with what we needed for reheating and some light cooking. the heated bathroom flooring was a nice touch. the room was small but comfortable, not cramped, a good size. I was glad there was a couch. seemed like it was recently remodeled. keyless entry was convenient.

the room was tidy and neat but could have been a little cleaner. the carpet obviously needed to be vacuumed and there was hair on the bed. there were ants in the kitchen upon arrival, so we were sure to keep our food properly stored. however, even our food kept in cabinets had ants get in them. it would have been nice to have 1 - 2 kitchen towels. there were drain flies in the bathroom, annoying but not a nuisance to us much. the key code didn't work for us, but luckily the staff was helpful to sort it out.

The apartment and location

Codes to room failed at 11.30pm. Extremely difficult to contact anyone at that hour. Ended up hovering to another hotel for the night. TV didn't work initially. Not good for 69yo to stand on bench to check cables etc. Eventually got it work by working with Maverick suites via emails. Asked for trash to be removed on a Monday (trash day), it was not.

Perfect location for downtown Boston. Several shops nearby. Boston Common 5 minutes away.

Last day, the entry code for main door as well for room didn't work anymore. So better take mobile phone all the time with You as soon as You leave the premises. Bed quality is ok but nothing more. Linen/pillow synthetic.

Location and cleanliness

Difficult self check-in process, after several registration attempts, dozens of unanswered calls, I was able to find someone to solve a problem they had with the credit card deposit. Same problem with an appliance that didn't work properly, difficult to contact staff (not front desk in the appartments)
