Das Doppelbett ist wirklich etwas verältet, braucht neue Matratze. Es ist schwierig, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Good location with walking distance to town center, but far off enough that it's quiet and you can find parking. Price was fair.

Flat not privately owned but by a company, which apparently tries to minimize costs. The rooms themselves are nice and have potential, but the flat as a whole needs investment, everything is as little as it needs. Beds could use new mattresses and frames (very squeaky), table is not very comfortable. Kitchen is missing central items: no cutting board, very little cutlery, low quality pans and pots, no water boiling kettle - for every cup of tea you need to use the stove with a pot, waiting for 5 min as the water is slowly brought to cook. Lots of other small things missing: not enough toilet paper, no bags for the trash, no functioning lighter for the gas stove, and so on. Invest a few hundred bucks a year and you got a 9 to 10 rating

Tolle Lage nahe des Zentrums (Cavana Viertel). Kostenfreie Parkplätze rund um die Wohnung (man muss ein bisschen Zeit zum Rumfahren investieren - man findet immer etwas). Ruhige Lage, öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in 5 Minuten Entfernung. Wohnung sehr geräumig.
