This apartment is a true find. Located right in the heart of the old town - attractions, shops and market, and great places to eat are just a short walk away. The space is thoughtfully designed: a separate bedroom and living room, a fully-equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. The balcony offers great city views, and the soundproof walls ensure a peaceful stay. Seriously, the place looks even better than the photos.
The flat-screen TV with streaming and free WiFi are handy for downtime. What made our stay even better was George, the host. Communication was easy, and his local tips were spot-on. For a comfortable and convenient stay in the city, this apartment is a top choice.

Central Green Apartment is a modern, spotless and extremely confortable apartment. Communication with George was always quick and efficient. We tried both restaurants he recommended and were overwhelmingly satisfied. Also, George provided detergent to let us do a wash during our stay and left a few coffee pods for us to do a quick coffee in the morning which we really appreciated. The location was perfect for us, within walking distance to the port and the bus station. The apartment is on a pedestrian street with lots of restaurants and bars but was quiet enough at night over the weekend. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was perfect with lots of hot water and great water pressure. All in all, a fantastic stay in this city. Thanks George!

The apartment was very nice, spacious, and had a working washing machine. Everything in the apartment--furniture, bathroom, kitchen counter--felt high quality. The location is also very central, in the heart of the tourist area, but it is quiet. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Heraklion.

The rooms were very nice and very well equipped. The location was excellent and the landlord was very nice and informative for us on this trip. A very satisfying stay, recommended!

Spacious, spotless, tastefully decorated apartment right in the heart of a great pedestrian only neighbourhood. The bed was very comfortable and quiet for sleeping. The walk in shower was marvellous with a rain shower and lots of hot water. The kitchen was huge and fully equipped. The owner was friendly and available to assist if needed. We really appreciated the washing machine too. This apartment was a wonderful place to stay and we would highly recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to return again.
Our only complaint was that the balcony was not really usable. It was just a narrow strip that you could stand on, but no chairs or room for chairs.

The location in the heart of the city was surprisingly easy to find in the maze of streets because it's right behind the landmark Agios Titos church. Excellent place to stay, convenient, comfortable, clean and good host. Highly recommended.
Not much view and teeny balcony, but the location was superb and the apartment was quiet.

It was in wonderful position. A cosy renovated apartment to the center of the town. The room was quiet despite its position.
I suppose that for summer vacation perhaps someone would need some more space to the balcony but for October that we visited the apartment this was not a problem.
The sofa is not comfortable for sleeping adults but it was OK for two children.

Great quiet apartment less than a block from the pedestrian area of the old town. Apartment is on a pedestrian only street but we parking in a lot less than a five minute walk. Only needed parking for 1 day and it was 12 euro. Took advantage of the washing machine in the apartment and did 2 loads (laundry detergent was even there). Clothes dryer rack was on the balcony and everything dried great. Walkable distance to the port where we took the ferry to Santorini.
There wasn't a wine bottle opener! Shared this with the host already. ;)

Wonderful apartment in the center of Heraklion. Furnished with everything you need to prepare breakfast or even dinner. The host welcomes us at the entrance of the building and had a welcome drink, water and even coffee! The host guided us to some restaurants and historical sites. I highly recommend this apartment in Heraklion.

I was traveling with my spouse and one more friend. George, the host, gave us a warm welcome by offering us traditional raki and showed everything we should need in the apartment. On top of that he offered some really useful tips about the city and what we could do there. The apartment was newly refurbished and super clean, we were impressed by the modern design. It is super comfy and I recommend it for 2 couples. I would say that the sofa is even more comfortable than the bed!! It opens to a double bed and is quite spacious for two people.
