We were 4 senior ladies on a short trip to the beach. Our house rental was perfect and felt like home. We hope to do it again in the future and we do hope to stay at this wonderful gem.

This was our 4th coast to our favorite little cottage. It’s just perfect for us. We love the location, it has everything we need. We look forward to our next visit. We don’t leave much. We do lots of porch sitting and beach time! Our only complaint this year (or ever) was an unannounced crew showed up to take measurements and a tree cutting crew showed up on Thursday for about 2 hours and then again at 6am Saturday. We lost our last morning coffee time on the porch, and loaded cars amongst chainsaws and sawdust was all in our vehicles and us! I know there’s no good time but this was a ****** way to end our vacation

Overall we were very happy with the location and home itself. It was perfect for what we needed!
I do have two minor complaints. This company requires you to fill out additional forms and upload DL and CC info for their rental agreement. I didn't particulaly like that as the reason I go through VRBO is the simplicity of booking.
The other things was minor (and disclosed ahead of time) there was literally no supplies for cooking. Little things like salt and pepper was not supplied. This wouldn't be an issue if you were staying for a week or longer however a few days meant stocking on "extras" that seem like it should be supplied.
Other than that, very happy with the stay and will likely return again!

This was our second stay. We love the lay out of the house, the cozy feel, and the loft master suite upstairs. The front porch is amazing for relaxing any time of day. Quick walk to Thomas Donuts or The Carousel Grocery. Love this neighborhood, and the house is beautiful, was clean, spacious enough for a small family.

We had such a great time! Loved that house is a historic cottage! Disappointed that balcony is as locked off due to safety issues because we really wanted the view! The upstairs ac unit was not working considering it was an August stay and the only way to keep upstairs cool was to keep the downstairs FREEZING! The living room furniture had a bad smell of either urine or vomit, could use replacing or professional cleaning but again, the house as a whole was wonderful and charming and in a great location!!

We loved the Laguna little cottage. It was very cozy and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the porch everyday, seeing the gulf from it and being right at Thomas’s Donuts and the Carousel grocery and boutique. The air conditioning was out upstairs but there was a note saying they were waiting on a part to fix it unfortunately that didn’t take place while there but we made it. And would definitely stay here again. 👍

We have stayed here 2 years in a row now and have loved it both times. It is in the perfect location, right between Thomas Donuts and The Carousel! We love to sit on the porch for hours staring at the ocean and watching people walk and drive by. We will stay here again next year and the year after that...until our family outgrows it!

This beach house is located next to Thomas Donuts and the Carousel Supermarket. Both places are in walking distance. This beach cottage is everything it advertises to be: clean, convenient and oh so cute! We arrived later than we planned and it was so nice to walk into a sparkling clean home. We were able to get groceries at the store just a block away and wake up in the morning and take a minute walk to buy a box of donuts. The beach across the street is beautiful and not nearly as crowded as it is further up the road. The management company was awesome to work with, made the whole experience easy, just like a vacation is supposed to be!

We utilized the front porch a lot to sit out and play card games, watch the traffic, and just laugh & talk. The walk across the beach does require a wagon if you are taking a lot of items with you. The view to the beach could be better but we enjoyed what view we had. Everyone was pleased! I recommend it!

This little cottage was great for our first family vacation to Panama City Beach. It was clean and enough space for us. We utilized the front porch a lot to sit out and play card games, watch the traffic, and just laugh & talk. The walk across the beach does require a wagon if you are taking a lot of items with you. Very nice and clean cottage. Perfect size for our family of 6. Not a clear view of Beach from front porch due to palm trees planted across street, but it did not ruin the atmosphere. Road was very busy but could not hear the road noise inside house. If you carry a lot of stuff to the beach you will want a wagon or cart that maneuvers thru sand easily since there is a walk to get to the beach. Door knob entry was a little tricky at times with deadbolt sticking occasionally. Would stay again.

My husband and our two children (5 & 6 yo) stayed for a week on spring break. This is by far one of the best locations to go during this holiday. The beach was not crowded at all! And it was beautiful and right across the street. We could walk to the grocery and Thomas donuts, as well. The house was so charming and worked perfect for the 4 our us. The kids loved playing in the front yard in the evenings before dinner while we relaxed on the porch. Will definitely be coming back!

And it was beautiful and right across the street. We could walk to the grocery and Thomas donuts, as well. The house was so charming and worked perfect for the 4 our us. The Cottage is so close to the beach we didn't need to haul a lot of gear out there which was great for the kids and my older mother. The Cottage is set walking distance between a local famous eatery and a fully-stocked market/liquor store. A little drive away, and you're at the Pier and all of its shopping, eateries and tourist stuff. But honestly we stayed in and cooked and gathered 'round the table before heading back to the beach.
