The location is very convenient. It's very near from the station.

The room was very dirty. They charged ¥4000 for the cleaning fee, but it's very dirty. There was a hair on the bed. Dust everywhere. The sink was very dirty that you can't touch or use the plates. The bathroom / Toilet is very dirty too, you can see it. I didn't use the faucet cause it's very dirty!!! Yet the cleaning fee is very expensive. The next day, i booked on another hotel, cheaper than this room, but the services, cleanliness, location and the room was very big!!! I regret booking this room.

It was easy to contact someone at the time of checkin if needed (by phone only)

The building the apartment is in is in bad condition. There was a lot of graffiti on the walls of the elevator and even one night when we arrived back there was urine in the elevator (which stayed there until we checked out in the morning) the facilities inside the apartment are also bad. There is enough space to be comfortable, but under the bed was dirty, the shower was broken with the wall under exposed because it was broken (we had to hold to shower to wash ourselves). The big lampshade In the room is delicate, so it looks as though they have never attempted to dust or clean or ever. At late at night someone tried to enter our apartment, while my boyfriend as there and we locked the door it was an uncomfortable moment and the general environment of the apartment building makes it less easy to think of just a bad coincidence. They will also fine you if you do not sort the trash, which would be fine if they supplied enough bins to do so, instead we didn’t want to buy bin bags for a city we didn’t live in so had to use our shopping bags in a hope to not receive a fine. I’ve stayed in budget places in Japan for a lot of years but this is the first time it wasn’t worth it at all, I would have not been able to stay here for more than two nights.

the apartment is just beside the train station. supermarket and restaurants are availble nearby.

there is no toilet seat warmer and bidet. the instruction on geting the door key is not indicated however we tried opening the mailbox and found it inside.

Need to check in before getting the building code and room code. Had to use roaming to contact host and check email. Wifi is unavailable to many tourists. This needs to change. Also, there was no signage.
