Very clean, spacious apartment. Comfortable and cozy living area with great couch to rest on after a day of adventure and sunbathing. Nice bed and linen, comfortable sleep. Quiet, i am a sensitive sleeper but nothing bothered me over our stay. I'm well rested and happy :) Lots of clean towels, extra blanket. Kitchen and bathroom are well equipped (tea, salt, sugar, appliences and dishes, shower gel, extra toilet paper, hair dryer). Spacious balcony. Also there is a shared laundry room with everything you might need as well starting from washing powder to vacuum cleaner. Сlotheshorse on the balcony as well which is very convenient. Great location too! 5 minutes to the beach. We loved that beach more than others surprisingly, even though in many reviews people say it's not the best one around. Maybe due to the low season i don't know. But it was clean, not busy, with all the infrastructure, good sunbeds, AMAZING water - crystal clear and absolutely transparent, very good feeling from beeing in the water and pleasant view all around from the water. We ended up spending most of our beach time at this one. Supermarket across the street and lots of cafe and restaurants around. Bus station ten minutes away by foot. Surrounding area is tidy and cute, we loved walking around.

Personally i'd suggest replacing cold light bulbs with warm light ones. There was no microwave which was a problem for us but that's my own fault - i didn't notice it wasn't provided in the apartment when i made the reservation. There's a planter on the balcony but the plants there are dead. The balcony area would be so much nicer if that planter was tidy and green. But those are small things, suggestions really from a visitor's point of view on aspects that might improve a person's stay even more, didn't affect our stay in any way.

Blizina marketa, bukvalno preko puta smeštaja. Blizina plaža i svih ostalih sadržaja. Ljubaznost vlasnika i momentalni reagovanje i rešavanje bilo kakvog problema. Čisto i uredno kao i udobni kreveti. Klime rade i tihe su, terasa velika, veš mašina nova... Savršeno za odličan odmor

The apartment is highly recommended, especially for its excellent location, comfort, cleanliness, and everything it offers for a relaxing holiday. The veranda was definitely one of our favorite parts — such a peaceful and relaxing spot to enjoy the evenings. But what truly made our stay special was the host. She was incredibly helpful, communicative, kind, and always available whenever we needed anything. Her hospitality really made us feel welcome. I have been spending my holidays in Petrovac since 2010, and I can honestly say that this was the best apartment I have stayed in so far. We would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Petrovac!

Ho soggiornato presso il Green Apartment del Montenegro Sea Pearl Apartments dal 19 al 26 luglio e posso dire senza esitazione che è stata una delle migliori esperienze avute negli ultimi anni. Quando si prenota una struttura per le vacanze si spera sempre di trovare un appartamento pulito, ben organizzato e in una buona posizione. In questo caso, però, le aspettative sono state superate sotto ogni aspetto. La posizione è semplicemente perfetta. In pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge praticamente tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno durante una vacanza. Il supermercato è a circa due minuti di distanza, così come il forno, diversi ristoranti, bar e naturalmente la spiaggia. Questo permette di dimenticare completamente l'auto e vivere la vacanza in totale relax. Petrovac è una località molto piacevole e questa struttura si trova in un punto davvero strategico per godersela al meglio. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Ksenja, che è stata eccezionale fin dal primo contatto. La sua disponibilità e la sua professionalità hanno fatto davvero la differenza. Viaggiavamo con la nostra bambina di due anni e, sapendo quanto possa essere complicato affrontare un viaggio con una bambina piccola, ci ha organizzato un early check-in completamente gratuito, permettendoci di entrare nell'appartamento prima dell'orario previsto senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. È un gesto che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo e che dimostra grande attenzione verso gli ospiti. Durante tutta la vacanza Ksenja è sempre stata disponibile per qualsiasi necessità, rispondendo rapidamente ai messaggi e fornendo consigli utili sulla zona. È il tipo di host che rende il soggiorno ancora più piacevole perché trasmette la sensazione di essere sempre presente senza essere mai invadente. L'appartamento era impeccabile sotto ogni punto di vista. La pulizia era eccellente al nostro arrivo e durante tutta la permanenza abbiamo avuto la sensazione di essere in una casa curata nei minimi dettagli.
