Apartment had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The photos of inside the apartment did not do it justice.

That there was scaffolding up at the large window and we weren't informed in advance. This ruined the sea view with obstruction and dirty winows which was the main reason why we booked the apartment. The host did appologise but it was too late then. My heart sank as we drove up to the apartment.

Great location, all amenities you need. A very comfortable accommodation.

Location was fantastic - walking distance into Ilfracombe and all the restaurants and harbour. Apartment was fabulous with a lovely view. Lovely decor and had everything we needed for our stay and very clean. Really enjoyed sitting out on the decking area from the bedroom which is a little sun trap! Nice touch with being greeted with chocolate cupcakes. Good communication from hosts and even managed to check in early. Will definitely visit again. Hosts own the flat upstairs also, which we were lucky enough to be shown around which is also fabulous.

Great flat, lovely living room, nice kitchen and bathroom. Amazing view of the sea. Tea, coffee and milk provided which was appreciated. I met the owner who was very helpful and welcoming.

Bedroom was quite dusty and could do with a clean (blinds and chair). Hotel address is incorrect on booking. Com and we went to the wrong address which wasted some time. The check out time is different on booking.com (12) to the the owner said (11am) which was inconvenient. Would be good to check that the details on booking.com are correct.

Fabulous flat with great decor and wonderful views. Good location. Excellent instructions on how to find it and the fresh milk and biscuits were much appreciated.
