Apartamento lindo completo, excelente localização. Decorado e com vários itens na cozinha. Cafeteira, microondas, geladeira, secador de cabelo. Perfeito. Atendimento excelente.

Perfect when it comes to the location, overall the apartment looked great and was quite clean. Also, they have an air conditioner which was perfect for a long day after walking in the humidity of Venice.
We had to wait 2 HOURS (maybe even more) outside on the street with all our things for the host to arrive and give us the keys.
This definitely wasn’t something we were told of in advance. We tried calling the company, messaging them on the Booking website and they only answered us after 2 hours! which meant that they were definitely not available to help when we needed them.
The elevator is TINY so getting our things upstairs was quite problematic.
The door lock had a problem- which was also something that the host didn’t let us know about. We would come back to the apartment at night and try to open our door for around half an hour until it finally opened :(
Also, I did state the the apartment was quite clean- which it was! But the pillows on the bed had really weird white stains on them…
And I assume it’s like that in every Venice apartment, but the walls are really thin. We could hear our neighbors talking, and one night there were nonstop “BOOM” noises outside our apartment for a good 2 hours at least. No matter how hard we shut the windows, the noises were really loud (and also kind of scared me because it sounded like gun fire or super loud fireworks).
For the price we paid, we were definitely disappointed. Sadly we would NOT come back.

noise from heating system, also they charge extra if you check in after 7pm which is ridicilous also checkmout is 10am be mindful the buzzer will start going off around 09:15 from housekeeping trying to get in early even tho check out is 10am when trying to explain to her she was rude and slammed the door in our face also she didnt do good job as by bed there was flies and cobwebs. not good service and not impressed. oh and also be prepared and take antihistamines as i coulsnt stop scratching after sleeping in the bed

check in process was a bit ‘clunky’. The POS machine was not working which was blamed on my card, even though I tried several cards and I had plenty of funds. Then the transaction was done over the phone and it was successful but my card was charged multiple times. I had to wait for $1400 Australian dollars to be placed back into my account by the bank as it had registered as a charge.

Location was perfect. It closes to everywhere.
First of all, we were disappointed to find an apartment which we thought was a hotel. This was not mentioned anywhere. Narrow stairs and a narrow lift. There was a girl waiting to give us the key, she was very helpful. The building is in a good location, but the street noise is very loud and the people living in other apartments inside the building are very noisy. We stayed 2 nights, I couldn't sleep at all. The bathroom is bad. There was no place to put my make-up, there was no shelf in the shower to put my shampoo.

Good location in San Marco, unfortunately that is the only positive about the property
Make sure you bring a good quality set of earplugs as the noise over night will keep even the deepest sleepers awake. You can clearly hear the street noise from the bar/cafe downstairs as well as passer bys walking past in conversation. The front door to the apartment building slams every time anyone enters the property. We struggled to sleep more than a few hours over the 3 nights we were there. I saw the previous reviews complaining about the noise but it is actually much worse than previously described.
In addition the living room lights did not work for the entirety of our 3 night stay. Property was informed multiple times but did nothing citing various excuses.

The location is amazing, right off the main shopping road in San Marco. Their communication before arriving was great, they even helped book a water taxi for me and the check in was so easy and with such a lovely lady. The apartment was spacious, clean and modern!
It was a little bit noisy with other people going up and down the stairs but that’s normal in Venice with everything being so close together.

clean apartment with ideal facilities and the best location in Venice. you’re a 5 min walk from st Marks square it’s ideal! not a long walk from the rialto bridge which was brilliant for us with luggage after getting off at the boat stop from the airport. host was helpful and efficient in meeting us to check in and accommodating letting us leave our luggage when we arrived a bit earlier than check in.

Property is located just a stone throw away from St. Marco’s square and the canal. Everything is within walking distance - I wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment. 🇮🇹☀️

Great location, on chic shopping street and modern inside. Met at property by a member of staff and easy check in/out process.
Air con did not work, was too hot to relax in the property. Did make Rent&Relax aware but was not rectified prior to our departure.

No full length mirror except for inside the shower (weird) and over the toilet (also weird)
